附近小型超市 - 100 米 海水泳池和海滩 - 500米 新川牧场、咖啡厅Mulseop、Sumbi岛 - 2公里以内 300坪的地上有三栋房子，我住在最里面的一栋，门口的房子可以租，也可以租中间的房子。 （入口处有停车场，可以方便停车。） - 我们没有准备满满的华丽，而是准备了简单但不难受的。 - 对旧房结构进行少许改变及增建，改为2室2卫/客厅/厨房/阁楼的结构。（22坪+阁楼） 通往阁楼的楼梯入口处有一扇可上锁的门，以确保安全管理并防止暖气和冷气流失。 - 设有儿童小型游泳池和成人可用作半浴的私人游泳池。（也提供热水。） - 有一个大甲板和一个花园可供使用。 - ‘新川里’也因‘壁画村’而闻名，是一个干净、安静的村庄，走在每条小巷里都很有趣。 行政区域是城山邑，居住区域是表善面（开车5分钟）。表善除了Hanaro超市外，还有好几家超市，而且由于靠近‘海碧池酒店’，所以有‘芭斯罗缤’、‘桥村炸鸡’、‘BHC’等各种餐饮选择。 很高兴有几家医院和药店。 - 距离约500米处，村里经营的“海水游泳池”于7月1日开业（那里还开设了一家便利店（7-Eleven）），还安装了儿童水滑梯。 - 大约2公里外就是“新川牧场”，这里一年四季都有美丽的景色。有时我会带上露营椅，静静地望着大海，欣赏着夕阳西下时棕榈树后的美丽日落。 - 2公里范围内有多家咖啡馆，您可以在那里喝杯咖啡补充能量，享用小吃，欣赏美景。（Mulseop咖啡馆/ Sumbi Island咖啡馆/ Shincheon Dabang咖啡馆……） 当然，路标附近还有更多的咖啡馆。 - 距离约500米处有一个一周巴士站，因此无需开车即可前往许多景点。对于计划徒步偶来小路的游客来说，这里是理想之选。 - 附近的景点有表善海水浴场、济州民俗村、表善图书馆 (驾车5分钟) / 金永甲画廊 (驾车7分钟) / 法仁寺 (驾车12分钟) / 城山日出峰、涉地可支 (驾车20分钟) 等。
