🌵附近有Hanaro Mart、Daiso、银行、医院、药店、保健所、警察局、消防局、学校、图书馆、加油站、自助洗衣店、便利店等各种便利设施，开车3分钟以内，1公里以内。我们的住宿是独立的，有自己的院子、大门和房子。从客厅的日出到门前的日落，家门前的风景每天都会呈现出不同的面貌~~ 🌵 每个房间都安装系统空调 🌵一个月/两周，短期出租都可以。

🌵这些是进入房间的注意事项。 1. 租借期间，请勿进入预订时指定的花园以外的房间（包括客人参观时间），敬请谅解。（如不遵守，将被强制退房。） 2. 因为有花园，所以虫子比较多，可能有浣熊，所以去的时候请把窗户、门、纱门关紧。 3. 济州岛风力较大，前门可能会弯曲，请务必锁好（双重锁）。 4.室内禁止吸烟。 5.不要在室内烹饪肉类或鱼类。 6. 不要在烤箱中烹饪肉类或鱼类。（请下一位客人谅解。） 7. 烹饪肉类或鱼类时，请尽量使用烧烤区，并在使用后清洗烧烤架。（如未清洗，将收取清洁费。） 8. 若因吸烟、肉类或鱼类等造成污染，我们将收取清洁费。敬请谅解。 9. 粘土、液体怪兽、史莱姆、触感沙等儿童玩具禁止携带（如果粘在地毯或沙发上，是不会掉下来的，如果退房检查时发现，虽然很不方便，但也只能收费了。ㅜㅜ） 10. 如果因圆珠笔、马克笔、油漆、染料等造成沙发、壁纸、床上用品等污渍或损坏，我们将收取实际费用。敬请谅解。 11. 我们每月定期委托消毒公司进行一次消毒。消毒可在您入住期间进行，具体时间请提前与上门预约确认。（我们会对房屋内外进行消毒，消毒时间约为30至40分钟。您可以待在家里进行消毒，如果您可以自由出入，也可以不待在我们家。窗框或家具下方可能残留有化学药剂，请勿擦拭，请让其自然风干。考虑到儿童的安全，我们使用环保产品，但请您尽量注意安全。） 12.垃圾分类收集处在村口家家户户门前（请将物品分类丢弃）。厨余卡可以在便利店购买交通卡充值，或者有交通卡的话可以带过来使用。 13. 离开前，请务必将所有垃圾分类处理。（否则将收取清洁费。） 14. 使用后请将遮阳伞折叠存放。（济州岛风大，如果放着不管，遮阳伞很容易弯曲。） 15. 遮阳伞仅限在家中使用。（请注意，不得在户外使用或移出。） 16. 使用火坑和烧烤架后，务必检查余烬。我家是木屋，所以着火非常危险。 17. 我们的房屋可容纳4人。入住期间请勿重新设置消耗品（卫生纸、牙膏、肥皂、洗发水、护发素、沐浴露等）。 😭很抱歉通知时间这么长。请理解，这是针对所有客人的措施。
