我们新川里也作为‘壁画村’而闻名，是一个干净、安静的村庄，走在每条小巷里都很有趣。 行政区域是城山邑，居住区域是表善面（开车5分钟）。表善除了Hanaro超市外，还有好几家超市，而且由于靠近‘海碧池酒店’，所以有‘芭斯罗缤’、‘桥村炸鸡’、‘BHC’等各种餐饮选择。 很高兴有几家医院和药店。 - 距离约500米处，村里经营的“海水游泳池”于7月1日开业（那里还开设了一家便利店（7-Eleven）），还安装了儿童水滑梯。 - 大约2公里外就是“新川牧场”，这里一年四季都有美丽的景色。有时我会带上露营椅，静静地望着大海，欣赏着夕阳西下时棕榈树后的美丽日落。 - 2公里范围内有多家咖啡馆，您可以在那里喝杯咖啡补充能量，享用小吃，欣赏美景。（Mulseop咖啡馆/ Sumbi Island咖啡馆/ Shincheon Dabang咖啡馆……） 当然，路标附近还有更多的咖啡馆。 - 距离住宿500米处有一个一周巴士站，因此无需开车即可前往许多地方，对于计划步行偶来小路的人来说尤其理想。 - 附近的景点有表善海水浴场、济州民俗村、表善图书馆 (驾车5分钟) / 金永甲画廊 (驾车7分钟) / 法仁寺 (驾车12分钟) / 城山日出峰、涉地可支 (驾车20分钟) 等。 300坪的地块上有三栋房子，这是中间的一栋。 （入口处有停车场，可以方便停车。） - 与其说是豪华豪华的房间，不如说是简单舒适的房间。（有专用洗衣机和烘干机。） - 位于土地最深处的充满氛围的户外烧烤区可供您进行户外烧烤。 - ‘新川里’也因‘壁画村’而闻名，是一个干净、安静的村庄，走在每条小巷里都很有趣。 行政区域是城山邑，居住区域是表善面（开车5分钟）。表善除了Hanaro超市外，还有好几家超市，而且由于靠近‘海碧池酒店’，所以有‘芭斯罗缤’、‘桥村炸鸡’、‘BHC’等各种餐饮选择。 很高兴有几家医院和药店。

- 不提供消耗品（卫生纸、肥皂、牙膏、洗涤剂、调味料等），但可以出租毛巾/床上用品，租赁费包含在房租中。 - 出于安全原因，室外设有闭路电视监控。 - 无论室内还是室外，因个人疏忽而发生安全事故，责任均由您自行承担。请时刻注意安全。 - 租赁期间产生的任何垃圾必须直接在 Clean House 处理。 - 禁止在室内进行会产生强烈气味的烹饪（例如烤鱼、烤肉等）。如有必要，我们会借给您单头电炉，请在户外餐桌上使用。 - 室内严禁吸烟。 - 很遗憾，不能携带宠物。 - 自5月中旬以来，我们一直委托专业的害虫防治公司对房屋内外进行消毒。但是，由于院子是草坪，周围都是普通住宅，很多情况下没有进行专业的害虫防治，因此有时内外都会出现虫子。建议对虫子敏感的人士谨慎考虑。

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
