Convenience store on the first floor of the building E-Mart and Daiso are within a 15-minute walk. 10-minute walk from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal Many famous restaurants are available on Saemaeul-ro near the accommodation. This property is located on the 26th floor, a super high-rise building with an excellent ocean view. You can experience various famous restaurants in the alley leading to Sokcho Beach. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building and a rooftop bar on the 28th floor, making it convenient. The 28th floor gym is free to use. (The 29th floor infinity pool is available for a fee, but only seasonally.) Parking lots are available from the 1st to the 6th floor and are free to use after vehicle registration. Sokcho Express Bus Terminal, E-Mart, Daiso, and other convenient facilities are within a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk, making them very accessible. The coastal path is easy to walk along, and access to nearby tourist attractions such as Daepo Port, Seoraksan Mountain, Cheongcho Lake, and Yangyang is very convenient.
