🚭Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors. 💸Utility bills (electricity, water fees, etc.) will be paid in cash in Thai currency (Baht) on the day of check-out according to the amount used. ⚠️Deposit refund may take up to one week from check-out. After checking the condition of the accommodation, if there are no issues such as damage or breakdown, the full amount will be returned in Korean won (KRW) through Live Anywhere. 📜Please note that guests staying for more than a month (29 nights) will be asked for a copy of their passport on the day of check-in for long-term resident reporting (TM30).
