Mangwon Station is about a 10-minute walk away, and you can walk to Mangwon Market, making it convenient for shopping. There is also a small mart right next to the building and a convenience store across the street. There is a coffee shop in front of the building, so if you like coffee, you can drink coffee every day. You can walk to Mangridan-gil restaurants and cafes. Hangang Park is about a 10-minute walk away, and there is Mapo 16 bus in front of the building, making it convenient to go to the subway station or Hongdae. My studio may be a small space, but it has everything I need for living, so I think it's a suitable place to live for a month. Also, Mangwon Market is a 5-minute walk away, and you can walk to the restaurants in Mangridan-gil, making it very convenient for living. Additionally, if you feel stuffy in your room, there is a shared lounge on the rooftop where you can take a break.

All rooms are non-smoking. There are other tenants, so please be quiet after 10 p.m. (If complaints are made about noise or the number of people exceeding the limit, or if you are caught, you will be asked to leave.) Bedding, towels and other necessities are not provided. Please bring them individually. If you have difficulty bringing your own bedding, please inquire separately as we provide a bedding rental service. (Rental fee for pillows and four-season bedding (including cotton)/8 towels - 50,000 won) For general waste, you can purchase and use volume-based garbage bags. For recyclables, put them in recycling bags and dispose of them at the back of the first floor parking lot. (All food and beverages must be disposed of before disposal.) You can also purchase food waste bags and dispose of them in the food waste bin at the entrance of the building on the first floor. (Please make sure to put your food waste in the yellow food waste bag.) If you are caught smoking in the room, a fine of 100,000 won will be imposed. A smoking area is provided on the rooftop. Also, please use the rooftop quietly after 10 p.m. for the sake of your neighbors. If you would like to do laundry, please use the dryer located in front of the rooftop door. (It cannot be used after 10 PM due to noise.) There is also a dryer and vacuum cleaner on the stairs leading up to the rooftop. If you need them, please use them and then put them back in their original place. Throwing parties or attaching party supplies to the walls is prohibited. (Additional charges may apply for noise or damage to the wallpaper.) thank you
