It's a quiet neighborhood like a small Hawaiian village, and there's no noise between floors, which is an advantage of living alone. This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. 🌿 Minimum number of nights available for reservation : - Reservations are only possible for a minimum of 6 nights. 🌿 Pet Restrictions -Only 4 kilos or less are allowed 🌿 Utility bill settlement method and general management fees - When checking in and out, check the heating, electricity, and water meters respectively, and then when checking out, deduct the deposit. We will settle the account after excluding the amount. 🌿 Additional person fee -Based on 2 people, additional person is 10,000 won per day. 🌿 🌿 🌿 Things to bring with you when staying (Important!!!!) --Personal items such as towels, toilet paper, soap, cleanser, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. You have to take it with you 🌿 Equipped with Marshall speakers, Dyson Airwrap, and Nespresso coffee machines. 🌿 Swimming pool operation period - Mid-June - Mid-September (Free) As for amenities, there is a convenience store within walking distance.
