Rooftop pool condo located in Nimmanhaemin #One bedroom #2nd floor

I stayed at this property for two weeks at the end of 2025. I can't recommend it. The facilities are subpar for the price, and the host is extremely irresponsible. I suspect they're operating irresponsibly and carelessly, targeting somewhat generous Koreans through Live Anywhere. 1. Poor basic facilities: This is a known issue with most Nimmanhaemin accommodations. The water pressure is extremely weak, and the water is heated by a very small internal boiler, so the water isn't even hot enough. The basic amenities are significantly below international standards or even average. Washing up was a pain throughout my stay. 2. Maintenance: It felt like a vacant house that had been abandoned for a while. There was mold growing all over the bathroom molding, and the listed contact information was completely unreachable. 3. Irresponsible host: There was a power outage, but the host showed no intention of resolving it. After the power outage was resolved, he ignored messages pointing out his irresponsibility. I've stayed at various hosting sites more than 20 times in over 10 countries around the world. Unlike typical Airbnb accommodations, this one lacks the basics, and we've recommended that irresponsible hosts be removed from hosting. Therefore, it's difficult to recommend.

The room isn't very large, but it has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room. There's also a small kitchen, so you can cook a little. The room facilities and bedding are a bit worn, so it's acceptable, but the pool isn't really worth using. The hot water isn't always hot, so you'll be asked to open it slightly, but don't expect warm water. Nimmanhaemin is nearby, so shopping and dining are convenient. The host doesn't answer questions, so you'll have to figure things out on your own, even if it's inconvenient. Consider this a condo, so bring your own towels. For long-term stays, consider bringing your own pillows and blankets, or consider purchasing them. The kitchenware is quite old, so I recommend purchasing cups and utensils. The washing machine and cleaning supplies were so worn and dirty that they were difficult to use. I chose this place a few months ago after reading reviews, so I recommend checking them out before making a reservation.

I didn't see the host, but the lobby and security will give you the card key, and it's very good for long-term stay. The host contacted here lives in Canada, so the time difference made it difficult to respond quickly. The local host is really kind and will solve any problems right away if you ask. They also provided extra blankets and extra towels, and since I was returning home on a night flight, I was able to check out late at 6 p.m. The hot water came out well, but the water under the sink was leaking, so please make sure to check if this has been fixed before making a reservation. The facilities were good overall. Since Thai people have different standards for cleanliness than we do, don't expect anything like a hotel, and just check in and clean. I recommend bringing a laundry net when using the washing machine. They also bought a new rice cooker and prepared it for us. We stayed with 2 children and 2 adults, and the space was sufficient. If you bring a single-size air mattress, there is space to push the bed and put two next to it. If you ask, they will prepare a blanket. It was convenient because it was a 1-minute walk from Maya Mall, and you can think of it as living in front of the Gangnam Department Store. It was comfortable. I was upset because of the Canadian host, but the local host was really such an angel that I could write a good review. You can connect to Netflix and the internet works well. If you check in after 6 o'clock, there is no one working the counter. At least until 9 o'clock, there is a parking lot security guard who opens the door to the mailbox. If you check in after that, check how to receive the bank key. I am happily staying well thanks to the local host. Stay healthy, sir :)

In the end, I showered at a massage shop for 6 nights and 7 days. There was a bathtub, but the water in the bathtub did not flow. There is a rooftop pool, but the water was not changed, so it was cloudy, and judging from the white powder bag the manager sprinkled in the morning, it seemed that they only put in disinfectant, so I did not use it. The fitness center is small and the equipment is very poor, but the air conditioner is cool. The management office on the first floor is open from 9:00 to 18:00, so check-in/out is not smooth outside of those hours, and you cannot get help in emergency situations such as locked doors. It may seem like a good value for money, but based on my experience, I would not use it again.

Chiang Mai 2nd week living For my boyfriend who loves swimming pools For me who loves hot places I booked a condo with a swimming pool near Nimmanhae. I was worried about the late check-in, but the security guard was waiting and I was able to check in easily. The accommodation was very clean. And most importantly, the air conditioner was in the living room and bedroom, so although it was very hot outside, it was very cool inside the accommodation!! And the swimming pool that I had been looking forward to was also very nice. The water was clean and there were hardly any people, So I used it freely. And I also used the gym. There was a place like a co-working space? There were often foreigners working there. I should go there for a workation next time. I had a great week!
