There are two 24-hour convenience stores within a 1-minute walk. It is conveniently located in the same block as Suwon's famous restaurants, including Shilla Galbi and Cheonjiyeon Sambuja Galbi House. Bus transportation is very good. There are three bus stops within a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. There are direct buses to Gangnam Station, Yangje Station, Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Jamsil, Sadang Station, Anyang, Suwon Station, etc. This is a two-room private room that is thoroughly disinfected before check-in and maintained with a thorough quarantine system. There is a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. The accommodation is spacious, clean and quiet. It's a great place to live with children. 1. Location: It is located at the court intersection right in front of Gwanggyo New Town and Suwon Old Courthouse. 2. House composition: It consists of two rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Internet access, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, desk, hangers, detergent and kitchenware are provided. 3. Surroundings: It is close to Ajou University, Ajou University Hospital, Gwanggyo Lake Park, Suwon Convention Center, Nanuri Hospital, Samsung, and Alleyway. There is a lake park and Alleyway, a cultural complex, nearby, so it is a good environment for families to stay. 4. Parking: Parking is available on the street right in front of the building, and parking is available in the public parking lot in front of the building (free).
