Maximum: 4 people (additional charges apply if the standard number of people is exceeded). When you open the front door and enter, there is a bathroom and a closet on each side. When you pass through the middle door, there is a living room and a sink. When you go up the stairs, there is a bedroom on the third floor. The ceiling height of the room is 5 meters, which is higher than the second floor of an apartment, so you can feel a sense of openness. The double-story stairs are steep, so it is good for children in the upper grades of elementary school or older and people with healthy legs who can go up and down the stairs without any inconvenience. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and the scenery of Sinchon and Jochon Village from the room. It is located in Sinchon-ri, Jochon-eup, about 25 minutes east of Jeju Airport. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away, so it is convenient to use public transportation. There are convenient facilities such as Hanaro Mart, convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive. The parking lot is spacious, so you can park comfortably. ※announcement. Check-in: after 3pm. Check-out: before 11am. Quick check-in. Late check-out: Luggage storage available. Additional charge of 20,000 won per hour. Each hour or more: Additional 1 night rate as usual There is a fee. ●The remaining period of use cannot be transferred to another person. ●The deposit of 300,000 won (cash) will be refunded after checking out and cleaning the room, minus the gas fee, if there are no problems. ●The deposit (cash) will be refunded after deducting miscellaneous expenses. ●Gas cost separate. Laundry detergent, etc. Consumables are not provided. ●There is no cleaning during your stay, but a manager may enter your room to manage and protect the room. ●Additional fee for 1 person: Pay on-site at check-in. 29 nights and 30 days: 150,000 won. 1 night: 10,000 won. ●Washing machine for public use. Washing machine single use fee: 1,000 won. ●No pets allowed. ●We are disinfecting regularly, but since there are many trees and forests, insects and bugs may appear inside the rooms. If you are sensitive, please take note when making a reservation, and refunds are not possible for this reason. ●Room images may differ slightly depending on the room number, and rooms are assigned randomly on the day. ●Comply with Live Anywhere’s refund policy.
