There is a small mart near the house, and there are many medium-sized marts, traditional markets, convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, shops, etc. around the "Sukdeung" station. The accommodation's own parking lot cannot be used, but a nearby 4th grade paid parking lot (24 hours a day: 2,400 won) can be used. This one-room apartment is not a hotel or hostel-like accommodation. Therefore, anyone renting this one-room apartment must provide the landlord with their resident registration number and consent. This is a clean, quiet, one-room apartment with separate rooms, hallways, and kitchens. It is located 7-8 minutes away from Sukdeung subway station and 4-5 minutes away from a bus stop, so transportation is convenient. It's quiet because it's a residential area. The entrance to the Baekyangsan trekking course is nearby.
