There is a small mart near the house, and there are many medium-sized marts, traditional markets, convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, shops, etc. around the "Sukdeung" station. The accommodation's own parking lot cannot be used, but a nearby 4th grade paid parking lot (24 hours a day: 2,400 won) can be used. 이 원룸 아파트는 호텔이나 호스텔과 같은 숙박업소가 아닙니다. 그래서 이 원룸 아파트를 임대하시는 분은 본인의 주민등록번호를 반드시 집주인에게 알려줄 의무가 있고 승락해야 합니다.  방과 현관, 방과 주방이 분리된 조용하게 쉴 수 있는 깨끗한 단독 원룸 아파트입니다. 지하철 숙등역에서 도보 7~8분 거리에 위치하고 4~5분거리에 버스정류소가 있어서 교통편 편리합니다 주택가여서 조용합니다. 백양산 트레킹 코스 입구가 가까운 곳에 있습니다.
