Although it looks like an old house on the outside, the interior is a charming home that our family renovated until early this year.🏡 🚌 It is close to a bus stop, and with parking available for up to 3 cars in the yard, it offers convenient access from Yangyang.🚗🚗🚗 🌊 A beautiful and secluded beach is just a 2-minute walk away. It is also conveniently located for sightseeing, with Yangyang's exotic hotspots such as Jukdo Beach (3 minutes by car), Ingu Beach (4 minutes), Surf Beach (7 minutes), and Gangneung Dumunjin (15 minutes by car).🏖🌴 🧽 The landlord personally cleans meticulously using standard household cleaning and laundry products, not harsh commercial chemicals.🧼 * We have almost no decorative items because we dislike dust accumulating or hiding. However, the old house vibe itself is charming and atmospheric :) When renting, the landlord's room is locked. You cannot enter the landlord's room. Since one of the three rooms is locked, please consider it a two-room unit.🔐 We accommodate 4 people based on two queen beds. If you need to book for 5 people, please inquire. For a 5-person booking, we can add a super single mattress to the larger room for an additional 50,000 KRW. *There is no TV, but there is a projector and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. You can watch videos by mirroring your smartphone or laptop.📽🍿 *We do not own barbecue equipment, but if you bring your own gear, you can barbecue in the yard. You can do so in the front yard of the living room or on the gravel area inside the fence.🥓🥩 We provide two lanterns to add a cozy atmosphere to the yard in the evening.🕯🕯

Additional rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. The kitchen features a wooden ceiling and lacks a ventilation fan. Foods that retain strong odors, such as fish and meat, are not permitted indoors. Barbecuing in the fenced yard is only allowed on gravel. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. However, as I work separately, I may ask if a time change is possible when making a reservation. Please be sure to confirm this. :) We will provide an in-person tour of the house upon check-in, so please arrive on time. 📍 We do not charge a cleaning fee. However, please note that an additional charge may apply if the cleaning takes a long time due to a lack of basic tidying (dishwashing, trash disposal, rearranging furniture, etc.). :)

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
