1. The real thing is much prettier than the photos Most accommodations take exaggerated photos, but this place was the opposite - the photos couldn't capture the reality. The beds, floors, and furniture inside the accommodation were very clean and neat. The lawn was so well maintained that just looking outside occasionally provided automatic healing. 2. Living Although other residents' houses are attached, there's distance between them so there's no major noise, and I slept very well every night. The washing machine works well, and with two large beds, we could use the space comfortably. The BBQ area is so well set up that even though it's bothersome to start the fire and set the table, we did it several times. The bathroom is so clean that it wasn't uncomfortable at all. As you can see in the photos, there's a space like a wooden floor, and it's wonderful to drink coffee while looking outside from there. 3. Cafe right in front of the house, large cafe within walking distance, convenience store There's a private cafe right in front of the house, and a famous large cafe within a 10-minute walk. The convenience store right in front sells tofu, green onions, onions, and meat, so we could buy urgent items right away. 4. Since garbage doesn't come out every day, we could collect and dispose of it together. 6. Other The house is pretty and clean, and I was very satisfied, but I wish there had been more detailed advance guidance on how to use and live in the place. If detailed instructions on how to use the house and necessary items were provided in advance, guests could prepare more easily and wouldn't need to contact the owner one by one, which I think would be a win-win for everyone. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this accommodation and would recommend it if you're planning a trip to Jeju Island.

I stayed with my family for 10 days. I'll write an objective review. (Pros) 1. I loved the large windows and the spaciousness. I often spent time waking up in bed and gazing outside. The house's layout, with its wide windows, allowed me to enjoy the beautiful sunlight. 2. The house's layout was great, allowing us to enjoy our own private space. The dining table served as a gathering space, allowing us to spend comfortable time with family. 3. The ample parking and spacious front yard were definitely pluses. If it weren't winter, I'd probably just spread out a mat and lie down in the yard. (Cons) 1. Come to think of it, I didn't have any particular regrets. However, the winter drafts and cool bathrooms of a single-family home are unavoidable. However, the floor was warm, so my family often ended up sleeping together on the living room floor. 2. The only regret I have is the rice cooker. I think it needs replacing now. ^^ 3. I don't know for sure, but I was disappointed with the lack of walking paths nearby. I used to imagine taking a leisurely walk around the neighborhood every morning... but after I tried it once, I couldn't move my feet. I wrote this with great care to help future buyers make a better choice. It was my first 10 days, but I'm planning the next week with fond memories.

Actually, I read the reviews before going to Jeju and was worried the first night, but we slept very well because we have poor hearing at night. After living there for a month, I noticed that the rooster crowed a little, but we didn't really care. My sister's family came with her nephew and stayed for a few days and said that they didn't feel any discomfort at all. My sensitive sister put on earplugs just in case and slept, but she didn't hear anything. Also, I was a little worried about the hot water, but since it was an oil boiler, I turned it on hot water mode and the water came out really warm all month long. On a cold day, I turned the temperature up a little and slept, but it got so hot that I got sick because it was like a steam room. ㅎ The house was really warm and the boiler worked well. Since it was April, I set the temperature to 21-25 degrees and it was perfect. And the owner told me that I could dig up lettuce and green onions from the garden, so I dug them up and ate them while camping and also dug up lettuce wraps when eating. It was fun to dig up and eat them with my own hands in the garden, and they were fresh and even tastier. Also, the place where the barbecue area was set up was really nice in the evening. It was great to grill meat, make a fire, and play. My friends were also very satisfied. Thanks to this, I got so excited that I'm thinking of going camping with my husband and buying camping supplies.^^ I liked the house that was remodeled after living there for a month because it was clean and had a cozy feel. I felt good because I saw the owner's small considerations everywhere in the house. Thanks to this, I was able to make comfortable, fun, happy, and good memories. I was so grateful because I received a lot of things. When I visit Jeju, I'll definitely stop by the place the owner runs. I hope you prosper~

This is my second visit. I went there at the beginning of the year. I was so satisfied with everything. I went there again this time. Every single dish. The cleanliness. Everything was satisfactory. The yard was so pretty. The interior was so pretty. There was nothing I couldn't like. The owner was so kind.. Everything was so great. My husband loved the fire pit. The kids said the background outside the window was so pretty. They said they wanted to live there. There was a review that mentioned the sound of chickens.. but I didn't really care. I could hear the sounds of dogs sometimes. I'm also very sensitive to noise when I sleep. I didn't really care. I didn't take pictures. That's too bad. Because I had such a tight schedule.. I couldn't take pictures. There were perilla leaves in the garden, so I picked them with my kids and ate them deliciously. I was so satisfied. I decided to come here again on my next trip to Jeju Island. The kids say it's Jeju House on the 2nd streetㅋㅋㅋ I looked around here and there, but. The cheap and pretty place. This is the only one. The condition of the accommodation and the host's response were the worst, to the point where I couldn't give it a star rating. I hope that those who are planning to live comfortably for a month won't suffer like I did, so I'm leaving this review. 1. It was said to be a quiet accommodation, but I can't sleep at night. The house next door raises several chickens and geese, and they start to cry very loudly around 3 AM. This accommodation has two rooms, and Room 1 (the large room) is not soundproofed well, so it's very vulnerable to outside noise, and I can't sleep in this room at all. 2. The hot water doesn't come out properly. I stayed for a month in February, and since it's winter, I need to shower with hot water, but I noticed that the hot water didn't come out properly, starting from the first day, and then only cold water came out. However, I thought it would be better to wait a few days and contact me, so I contacted the host a few days later, and he called someone to fix it. The first person to come was a plumber, the second time was the host's younger brother, and the last time was the host and the boiler technician. I didn't want to have to worry about the boiler repair because of the hot water problem when I came on a trip, and I didn't want many people coming to the space where I wanted to stay comfortably, but I endured it until the 4th time because I wanted to quickly fix the hot water and wash comfortably. However, the hot water was not fixed at all after the 4th time, and they said they would call a technician again, but it didn't seem like it would be fixed, so I was tired and decided to just stay the rest of the time. It was cold in the house during the cold winter, and I stayed for a month in a place where hot water didn't come out properly. It wasn't just adults, but elementary school children also showered in cold water. 3. The boiler doesn't work properly. I couldn't sleep in the big room because of the noise of chickens and geese in the early morning, so I slept in the living room, but one day, the boiler wasn't working, so I checked the boiler and the power was off and the circuit breaker was tripped. I contacted the host and they said it was because there was no oil. I filled the oil the next day, but the floor was so cold because the boiler wasn't working again. Due to this inconvenience, I asked the host for compensation for the inconvenience, but the host seemed to have no intention of compensation, so I requested Live Anywhere, and they said they would exempt the additional utility bills and the 20,000 won fee for the additional person. It is difficult to accept that they will exempt the utility bills, which I do not even know how much they will cost, and it is difficult to accept that I will receive all the money I have to pay for not being able to spend a month comfortably. The host said that they will improve the accommodation based on what we exchanged, but am I someone who pays money and gives opinions on improving the accommodation? It seems like the host has not been renting the accommodation for long, but I heard that this is my first time living there for a month. So am I a Maruta? I want proper compensation from the host and Live Anywhere. I am a victim who paid money and suffered damages.
