We have installed ultrasonic bug repellers in addition to our disinfection measures. - There is no noise between floors as it is an independent space, but there may be noise from the neighboring house. Please be sure to exercise extreme caution as there are stairs and low railings on the terrace. Please be especially mindful of the safety of your children. - Please be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling when climbing into the attic. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the terrace. Please use the open space outside the parking lot for smoking. - Food with strong odors (meat and fish) cannot be cooked indoors as it may cause discomfort to the next guests. - Pets are not allowed. - Bedding will be replaced upon check-out. If non-washable contamination occurs on bedding or sofas, additional laundry fees or compensation will be charged. - Please be careful as you will be responsible for compensation in case of damage or loss of facilities and equipment. - When you check out, please clean up the house in the same way as when you checked in, except for laundry. - Please be advised that you are responsible for any safety accidents caused by your own negligence when using facilities (stairs, attic, outdoor terrace, etc.). - Please adhere to the usage rules. Visitors other than those on the reservation are not permitted, and if the number of guests exceeds the maximum number of guests, you will be asked to leave without a refund. The large shelter is provided for your convenience on the terrace. It cannot be used anywhere except on the rooftop terrace. Please clean up after use, as the shelter may be damaged on windy days. Garbage, recyclables, and food waste can be disposed of at the Yusuam Recycling Help Center. Located at 91 Yusuam Peace Road, it's about a 3-minute drive from the accommodation. There's also a CU convenience store across from the recycling center. It's open until midnight, and after that, it's unmanned.
