Please do not litter cigarette butts. As this is a wooden house, there is a high risk of fire. (If caught smoking indoors, you will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.) ◾️ Please refrain from making noise after 8 PM. The surrounding area consists entirely of quiet residential houses, so noise complaints may arise.
