Beautiful swimming pool condo located in Santitham #Studio #B

First of all, the location is so good. It is convenient to go anywhere, such as the night market, convenience store, and cafe near Santitham. I stayed there for over a month and rented a motorcycle, so I didn't feel any inconvenience because it was close to Old Town, Nimmanhaemin, etc. (If you use Bolt or Grab, you will have to endure additional transportation costs, but if you ride a motorcycle, you can go anywhere for 30-40 baht.) The building feels a little old, but it is not inconvenient. The swimming pool and gym are both good, and the staff are friendly. The host is very friendly and easy to contact (I communicated often by email because there was a minor problem with the room, and it worked well.) It is on the first floor and the room is at the end of the street, so it is difficult to say that there is no noise due to people washing their cars at the motorcycle wash outside the building until midnight. There are no wheels, but you can see mosquitoes occasionally (I bought an electronic mosquito repellent from a nearby mart or 20 baht shop and turned it on all the time, so I didn't get bitten.) Basic utensils, plates for cutting fruit, knives, bottle openers, etc. are all provided, and the room has strong WIFI, so I made a reservation without much hesitation and had a good time. (Due to personal reasons, there were no additional reservations after my reservation, so I paid the additional cost in cash and extended my stay.) First of all, the location is great. There are no cockroaches, but mosquitoes are occasionally visible (I bought an electronic liquid mosquito repellent from a nearby store or 20 baht-shop and kept it on the whole time and didn't get bitten) The room is equipped with basic utensils, a plate or knife for cutting fruit, bottle opener, etc. and the WIFI in the room works great, so I booked it without any worries and had a great stay (due to personal reasons, there were no additional bookings after my reservation, so I paid cash for the extension)
