📌Please contact us via message before making a reservation request as there is a notification error📌 *Located near downtown Seoul, it is close to the station and bus stop, and there is a convenience store and Starbucks/cafe within a 1-minute walk. *It is a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hyehwa Station (Line 4) in Seoul. *There are many bus stops within a 5-minute walk. *It is located in a very good location with easy access to several universities, including Seoul National University Hospital (7 minutes on foot), Sungkyunkwan University, Hansung University, Kookmin University, Sangmyung University, Dongduk Women's University, and Chunghwa Arts University. 📌There is a notification error, so please contact us by message before making a reservation request📌 This is a short-term lease for the entire top floor of a new building. ◠ ͜ ◠ Both the living room and two bedrooms face south, offering ample sunlight and a stunning view of Namsan Mountain. There are two terraces: a spacious entrance terrace and a smaller one in the living room. Room 1 features a bed and desk, while Room 2 features a mattress topper, an additional closet, and ample built-in storage and a movie screen. Move-in is possible both in person and remotely. We will clean and check before you move in and then hand over the property. Please do some basic cleaning of the space you used when you move out. 📌Precautions📌 *Please use the parking lot's recycling bins for your waste, and be sure to follow the recycling and disposal dates! (A disposal manual is available in the recycling area.) *CCTVs are installed at all entrances and exits of the building, and smoking is prohibited inside and outside the building. *Because this is a quiet residential area, please be considerate of other residents and refrain from causing noise or other disturbances (parties, gatherings, etc.). *In the case of a parking lot, the structure is such that you stop briefly in front of the parking lot, get out, and open and close the shutter using the switch in the parking lot. *We prefer occupancy of 1-2 people. For families of 3 or more, this is only possible if the unit is suitable for a family of 3-4. *You are free to use the space and all items within the space. Upon check-out, the deposit will be returned after checking for damage to the items (excluding consumer goods). *Additional guests or pets not discussed are strictly prohibited. Any complaints regarding the information provided will result in immediate eviction and non-payment of your deposit. Please notify us in advance of any changes. *Please note that this space is for short-term rental and is not a hotel or lodging facility. *Summer air conditioning (electricity) charges and winter gas charges are included in the management fee for a basic two-person household. If the charges are excessive, they will be deducted from the deposit and returned. *We offer a discount for Seoul National University Hospital employees and their families.
