1. Although our accommodation is a standalone building, it is located next to a neighboring house, so there may be some noise from daily life. 2. The accommodation features stairs leading to the second floor. The edges of the gable roof on the second floor are low, so it may be difficult for an adult to stand and walk. Please be careful not to bump into anything when going up and down the stairs, and ask that you ask children to be careful on the stairs and terrace railings. 3. Please be advised that you are responsible for any safety accidents caused by user negligence while using the facilities (stairs, terrace railings, and the second-floor attic). 4. While we conduct regular pest control by a professional company before your check-in, due to the characteristics of Jeju Island and the complex's location, it is difficult to completely prevent insects and pests. Refunds are not available for this reason, so we ask that those sensitive to insects make their choice carefully. (Insects may enter when opening and closing the door. Please make sure to close the insect screens when using the 2nd-floor terrace.) 5. Please tidy up and clean up briefly upon check-out. Please note that additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the condition. 6. If non-washable stains occur on bedding or sofas, additional laundry fees or compensation may be required. 7. Please be careful, as you will be responsible for compensation if facilities or equipment are damaged, broken, or lost. 8. Please strictly observe a no-smoking policy within the complex, including indoors, on the terrace, and everywhere else. Please use the external parking lot for smoking. 8. Our accommodation is not pet-friendly. 9. Please strictly adhere to the occupancy limit. Failure to do so will result in eviction without a refund. 9. Please check the air conditioner and boiler before going out or checking out. 10. Jeju is a humid region. Please keep the dehumidifier on at all times and empty the water tank frequently. 11. The closest place to dispose of volume-based waste, recyclables, and food waste is the Clean House located in front of the 'Yusuam Health Center'. In Jeju, the items that can be disposed of vary by day of the week. Please charge your T-money card for food waste disposal and leave it in the accommodation. 12. Please refrain from cooking foods with strong odors indoors. 13. As this is a rental house, items other than those already provided will not be replaced or provided during your stay. (e.g., towels, bedding.)
