Ocean View Yeongjin Beach Fox Jam 11th floor

Had a great summer vacation this year, just like last year!!!! The room was so clean and everything was well-equipped^^ I want to come back next year too❤️

It was the right choice to choose Fox Point for my first month of life. It was so comfortable that I felt like I just needed to come because it was equipped with all the necessary items, including dishes except for a toothbrush. I never regretted coming to rest because I could see the ocean when I opened the veranda door. I will visit again next time! Thank you, I had a great time :)

1. Within 5 minutes walk from Yeongjin Beach I guess those who book here are probably in front of Gangneung, in front of Yeongjin Beach. I was with two elementary school boys, so it was important that the sea was within walking distance. It was a light walk, and the sea was visible from the accommodation. It wasn't a completely picturesque sea view, but. A sense of life? A feeling like living here? Hahaha It was a more familiar and affectionate view!! (The beach was 10,000 won per person for a parasol. I think it was 30,000 won for a place with a table and chair. Most people bring their own mats and pay 10,000 won to eat and rest well before leaving.) 2. Condition of the accommodation My husband said it felt like he was in his new home. I just brought back the disposable items I brought. There were all the daily necessities, including extra dishcloths and detergent. Of course, if you are sensitive, you should bring paper cups, etc.^^ The host was also very considerate. Um.. the water was warm, the air conditioner was cool, the room was clean.. there were all the toiletries except for my personal toothbrush.. I didn't go to Daiso once because I didn't really need anything... Oh, I went to the mart to buy bottled water. ㅋ I only need bottled water! There was a washing machine and a dryer, so it was in a condition where anyone could live without any luggage! 3. Nearby shopping areas? Food? Children. Especially the little one has weak stomachs, so we didn't eat out much. First of all, there were 3 convenience stores within 5 minutes? so I fed him convenience store porridge. (Of course, there was a rice cooker, microwave, and coffee pot in the room.) For food.. I didn't like going far, so I often went to Jumunjin. When I was tired from playing in the ocean, I ordered delivery. Since the Jumunjin shopping area and Minjok are connected, there were many options. I went to Hanaro Mart twice in the middle. It was about 5 or 6 minutes by car. Parking was free, and there was plenty of space. It was an electric car. There was no charger at the accommodation, so I often used other places. Gangneung has chargers in public places, and apartments are also tolerant of outside vehicles, so there was no inconvenience. Honestly, when I thought of the ocean, I used to think of Jeju Island or Namhae. I learned about the charm of the East Sea through this trip! (The Donghae Beach I went to when I was in college was expensive and muddy.. but here, the kids were the first to say, "Mom, the water is really clear!"!) My husband said he wanted to go on another summer trip. He said it was cheaper than he expected and he had a great time^^! I really recommend it to those who are thinking about it. You might regret it if it gets too crowded and famous, but.. it's really good for now. ㅋ ¡¡. As you all know, the East Sea is not as shallow and warm as the Jeju Sea. It's not good for a baby who goes to daycare to play in the water.. Mom and dad will take good care of it, but it won't last long!!

1. Location _ It was so nice because it was close to the beach, and there was a sink before entering the building, so it was easy to shake off the sand, and there were convenience stores, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants nearby. In particular, all the shops on the first floor of the accommodation building were delicious restaurants, so it was really great! (I tried it myself. Tip: I didn't eat ramen, but it looks delicious, the tonkatsu restaurant is crowded on the weekends, so you might have to wait, the jjambbong restaurant seems like it would be good to ask for the spicy yaki jjambbong, and you really have to try the sirloin tangsuyuk) 2. Room condition _ It was nice because it was clean, the interior was neat, and there were all the necessary items without having to buy anything separately (you just had to buy water, there was a vacuum cleaner, a clothes dryer, etc.), and Netflix was available, and the view of the ocean and sky from the veranda in the early morning was so pretty 3. Price _ It felt like home for a week, and it felt like the best value for money because it was close to the beach, delicious restaurants, and pretty cafes! 4. Evaluation _ The accommodation was healing with a great view, and the accommodation was so comfortable that I could rest well after outdoor activities, so it was great. I want to use it again when I go on vacation~

6 nights and 7 days from 8/11~8/17 2 adults, 2 elementary school students Four family members stayed~^^ In terms of the size of the room, there was only one bed but the bedding was spacious so it was enough for four people^^ ***, ** were also generously provided and **** **, **, **, **, ** were all provided^^ The room was very clean and the location was really close enough to walk to Yeongjin Beach and there was a big~ grocery store nearby so we went shopping every evening^^ (There are no basic seasonings~ There are only ** and **, so you have to buy other seasonings^^) Anyway, my family was really completely satisfied~ I want to come back for vacation again next summer~ I really, really, really had a comfortable stay~^^

It's exactly like the picture! It even feels more spacious. There's a large bottle of water, so I didn't even buy water. It really has everything. The parking lot is huge! You don't have to worry about parking at all. There's a nearby Jumunjin Market, so I bought dried fish. I went around Daegwallyeong, Sungeut Beach, Anmok Coffee Street, and many other places without any traffic jams. I only stayed for a week, but I already regret it.. I don't remember if I cleaned up well because I left early in the morning^^;; I had a great rest in Gangneung! I made good memories!

I stayed for a month in January and was very satisfied! Thank you for making my memories in Gangneung enjoyable, happy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!!! The room faces the direction where the sun rises, so it's perfect for watching the sunrise. Yeongjin Beach is right in front of the house, and there are many pretty cafes, so it was so healing. There are 4 kinds of convenience stores right in front, and Lotte Super is about 10 minutes away, so I was able to buy groceries conveniently. The bus stop is about 15 minutes away, and it comes every 10 minutes, which is good. Although the location is quite high up from Gangneung, it was okay because I could get to the city or the terminal with one transfer. However, when going to other beaches, there are no proper buses, so it would be better to use a car! The trash disposal area was also well-equipped right in front of the house, so it was convenient. I was so grateful that they provided enough supplies, such as shampoo, detergent, fabric softener, pom-poms, plastic bags, and volume-based bags, to last a month. The room was clean and pretty, the ocean view was great, the water pressure was good, the hot water came out well, and the heating was warm. I didn't skimp on electricity and heating, but it cost 70,000 won, so I received it after the deposit limit. The soundproofing is a bit lacking. You can hear the sounds from the room very well in the hallway, and the noise from the hallway can be heard very well in the room. ㅎㅎ.. However, the noise from the room is not loud, but due to the nature of the building(?), there were many people who came to visit and dogs, so the noise was sometimes loud. I'm not very sensitive, so it was okay, but people who are sensitive might have trouble sleeping. This doesn't happen often, and I've experienced it about 3 times in a month. Some of the screws on 3 pieces of furniture came loose, but it wasn't a big problem to use, and I told the host, so I think they'll fix it!

It is fully equipped with daily necessities and the view is also great. The construction site is on the opposite side, so it is not affected.

It was such a happy, relaxed and enjoyable week^^

I went there for 15 days to heal. The accommodation was clean, just like the YouTube and photos, and the basic items were well organized. It was a quiet one-room where you could see the ocean and hear the sound of the waves from the balcony. It was a great house for two people, but it was also great for one person. Yeongjin Beach was right in front, so it was nice to go for a walk every morning, and there was a large convenience store in front, so there was no inconvenience. I had a good rest. I recommend it!
