1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke outside the building. (Smoking inside the accommodation, in the restrooms, or in the hallways will result in eviction due to complaints.) 2. Foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, are not permitted indoors. 3. Exceeding the designated maximum occupancy (including infants and toddlers) is prohibited. Please refrain from bringing guests other than those booked. Guests found with unauthorized guests will be forcibly evicted without a refund. (Pets are not allowed.) 4. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. (A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if the toilet becomes clogged.) 5. Please refrain from excessive events. 6. During your stay, please dispose of trash and food waste in designated areas and separate recyclables. 7. You are responsible for repairs and compensation for any damages to items provided in the accommodation. 8. The use of charcoal and firewood on the terrace is prohibited to prevent fires. 9. Please pay special attention to your personal safety while using the facilities. You will be responsible for any safety accidents, loss, or damage to valuables (including cash) caused by negligence. 10. Additional utility charges may be requested for excessive use of electricity, water, or gas. 11. As this is a temporary short-term rental, disposable items, amenities, bedding, and towels are not provided. 12. Upon final check-out, please separate and dispose of any trash inside the room, wash used dishes, and clean the room. (A cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit if the room is not cleaned.)
