1. Common facilities The outdoor swimming pool in the center of the Deacondos complex is a great environment for people who enjoy swimming and children. The gym is small, but not so many people use it, so it was good for a quick workout. The atmosphere around the pool was also good, so it felt healing just sitting there. There are separate garbage disposal areas on each floor, so it was very convenient. 2. Accommodation environment Up to 2 people can stay in a queen-size bed. It is a place where guests keep coming and going, so it is just the right environment. It doesn't feel like a place with the host's affection or attention. Furniture, sofas, etc. are provided, and basic cleaning and bedding are done, but even if you move the bed a little, you can see a lot of dust flying around. Pigeons fly back and forth to the veranda and the window, and since there is no screen, you can't open the window, which is inconvenient. A few days after moving in, I saw pigeon droppings and feathers piling up on the veranda, so I couldn't hang my laundry to dry anymore. 3. Host response If there is a problem, they respond to everything, but the response is slow. When checking in, there was no card key in the place they told me to, so I had to wait for 2 hours and then be guided to another room. There was a problem with the air conditioner malfunctioning and the sink leaking. They eventually solved it, but there was no quick response to complaints when the problem occurred, so it was a waste of time and stress. Also, there was no understanding or apology every time, so there were some parts that I didn't understand. I thought it was a problem with the national character, so I just endured it. 4. Utility bills There were no separate accommodation costs under the condition of utility bills included. The deposit was refunded about a week after check-out. I personally care about bedding and hygiene, so in that regard, it was a very disappointing accommodation. I think people with a carefree personality might not have much inconvenience.
