Mia-dong, where our accommodation is located, is a place for adventurous travelers who pursue eco-friendly travel, with the dream of northern Seoul nearby. ⟡What is important to consider⟡ ⟡Security There is a security door at the entrance to the accommodation, and CCTV is installed on the first floor for security, so you can use it with peace of mind. Since it is an accommodation with a veranda, we regularly disinfect it to control the influx of bugs. Fire extinguishers and fire alarms are provided indoors as safety devices. ⟡Cleanliness Cleanliness is the most important part of the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are naturally replaced with new ones every time, and bed linen is managed with an electric dryer or natural shade drying. ⟡Transportation The accommodation is located an 8-minute walk from Mia-sa-geori Station. It is a 5-minute gentle road and a 3-minute slightly steep hill road. There is a parking lot within the complex, so you can park one car. ⟡Space -The accommodation is approximately 35m2 in size. - 1 bedroom / Queen size bed (2 people will be provided with a double bed and a blanket.) -1 room / Dining space -Kitchen / Induction, cooking utensils, 4-person cooker, basic seasonings (sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, vinegar, soy sauce), small refrigerator, microwave -Bathroom and toilet -TERRACE / You can grill meat on the terrace. (Grilled seaweed is ready) Please use it cleanly. -This space can accommodate up to 4 people. (Exceeding the maximum number of people is prohibited.) ⟡Home Appliances Netflix (free), Disney, YouTube, Tivoli Bluetooth, washing machine, hair dryer, and air conditioning are available. ⟡Conclusion We sincerely hope that your trip will be filled with joy. Since Buk Seoul Dream Forest is nearby, we hope that you will escape from your headache-inducing daily life and heal. ⟡Instructions⟡ - Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am - After 11 p.m., please keep quiet. Conversation is allowed, but parties are not allowed! Please be considerate of your neighbors. If you party after 11 p.m., the noise can be heard outside the house. - Please refrain from using the veranda after 10:00 PM. - When you leave, please turn off the air conditioner and heater. The earth and I will be happy :) - Please take off your shoes indoors. - Please close the mosquito screen to prevent insects from entering. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (It may cause the fire alarm to sound.) - Hair dyeing is prohibited indoors. - Cooking of pork belly, seafood, etc. is not allowed indoors. - You can simply grill meat on the terrace. - Pets are not allowed. - If non-washable contamination occurs on bedding, etc., separate compensation costs may apply.
