☑️ Move-in will be conducted remotely. ☑️ Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM ☑️ South-facing, high-rise building with plenty of sunlight and warmth. ☑️ Up to 4 people are allowed. ☑️ It consists of a queen, super single bed, and sofa. ☑️ It is a one-week unit, please inquire for additional days. ☑️ Parking is free (for visitors' vehicles) ✔️ There is an elementary school within the complex and there are no hazardous facilities nearby, so it is safe for children to use. ✔️ The surrounding natural environment and the complex itself are full of trees, making it eco-friendly and providing convenient living facilities. ✔️ It consists of a small room (queen bed), a living room/large room (super single bed + sofa), a kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry room. ✔️ Kitchenware (pots, frying pans, woks, bowls, cups, spoons, etc.), home appliances (microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, mini dryer, air conditioner, electric heater, electric blanket, smart TV, wifi, hair dryer, etc.), and daily necessities (towels, wet tissues, chargers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full-length mirror, hangers, camping chairs, etc.) are provided. ✔️ In addition to the 4-person table and series chairs, there is one more folding table and chair. ✔️ Pets and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not allowed. ✔️ Please be mindful of any behavior that generates excessive noise (this may result in complaints). ✔️Reporting a change of address is not possible.
