We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The environment was very clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable and relaxing throughout our visit. The host was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Another thing I loved was the location, everything was easily accessible, including public transportation, restaurants, convenience stores, and popular attractions. It made exploring Busan so convenient and enjoyable. We will definitely come back to Busan in the future, and without a doubt, we will choose to stay here again. Super highly recommended 😊

I stayed for 2 weeks with my child and it was such a wonderful experience!! Just as described, F1963 is less than 5 minutes away, so we visited every day, and thanks to that, both my child and I got to experience the joy of reading~ It was truly a treasure of a place! Since Costco is right next door, I recommend members bring their cards!! It was fun visiting Paldo Market every day, and the walks along the Suyeong riverside were really nice~ There were many hidden restaurants tucked away in the alleys. Every morning we'd get coffee and have a morning coffee with bread, relax at F1963, then go play in the water at the beach. With the washer and dryer available, we could do laundry without worry and enjoy ourselves freely. I think if we had stayed at a hotel, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy this kind of leisure! The host was so kind and considerate, and we had a happy time for 2 weeks. During our stay, there were several heat wave warnings, but thanks to the air conditioner and dehumidifier, we were able to stay comfortable and cool every day. It was also great that we could get around Busan everywhere using public transportation without a car, and because of that, I thought a lot about wanting to live in Busan. I'll definitely come back to visit next time🫶

올해 부산이 유난히 더웠는데 도착해 들어가자마자 아 너무 시원하다 쾌적하다 를 연발했어요 호스트님께서 에어컨을 쭉 틀어놓아야 더 쾌적하다고 메모해 놓으신 걸 보고 감동했네요 ㅎ 세탁기 건조기 냉장고 정수기 등 필요한 가전 다 있고 침구와 가구 모두 부족함이 없었습니다 주변에 아기자기한 가게들도 많고 대중교통 이용하기에도 편해서 연제만화도서관 f1963 광안리 수영강변 센텀 모두 잘 다녔고요 동네사람처럼 어슬렁 다니는 재미가 있었습니다 내집같이 잘 자고 잘 쉬다 갑니다 매번 친절히 답변 주신 호스트님도 감사해요

Thanks to the kind host, I had a comfortable and cozy stay. All necessary appliances and items were well organized, so there was no inconvenience in daily life.

The spacious 45-square-foot (14 pyeong) space had two luxuriously appointed king and queen-size beds in each of the two rooms, comfortably accommodating up to four people. I booked this place right away, hoping my cousins, who live in and around Busan, would visit. However, my older cousins had mobility issues, so I ended up sleeping out for two nights. That was a bit disappointing, but I thoroughly enjoyed all the luxuries and comforts of the place. I came to Korea on April 1st and have stayed in various accommodations for over six months. This was the first time I've stayed in a place with a water purifier, and not having to buy water was incredibly convenient. I had previously stayed on the 14th floor, so coming down to the first floor felt a bit dark, but it was bright enough with the lights on, so it wasn't a problem at all. The host was very kind and lived right upstairs, so any issues were promptly resolved, which was incredibly reassuring. He even offered to keep the dehumidifier and air conditioning running 24/7, which made our stay incredibly comfortable even in the sweltering summer heat. From the sofa to the dressing table... It was clean, quiet, and truly well-equipped, befitting a fully furnished, emotionally-inspired accommodation. The price actually felt reasonable. The subway station is a bit far, but there's a bus stop just a minute away, so it was convenient when I was in a hurry. There's a traditional market on the way to Suyeong Station, and the only Costco in Busan is a 7-8 minute walk away, which was very convenient. It's a bit of a waste of money for a solo traveler, but I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group. I apologize for the late review, but thanks to the wonderful host, I had a wonderful three-week trip to Busan and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much~~. 🙇🙇🙇

A quiet place, but just a short walk away, a vibrant place with people coming and going. It was exactly what I was looking for👍 The area around the house was quiet, so I had no problems. With the subway and bus just a 10-minute walk away, and public transportation is so well-connected, it's a great place for a walker like me to get around. It's a major transportation hub, taking you to Haeundae, Gwangalli, and everywhere else. (There's a local bus right in front of the house!) A 10-minute walk? You can get there in no time if you explore Paldo Market! (I ate it like I was completing a winter snack quest ^-^ Just for reference, carp bread, roasted sweet potatoes, hotteok... there's nothing missing..) A 10-minute walk across the street leads to F1963 and the Suyeong River Promenade... I was captivated several times 🫠 (I recommend the night view of Suyeong River!) Of course, there's a convenience store and a supermarket nearby, so I dragged my slippers out. Oh, Youngjin Gukbap House and Lee Heung-yong Bakery are must-visit spots... They're my personal(?) recommendations. This is a very important accommodation! Just looking at it, you can tell that the host has put his/her heart into every detail. I think it takes a lot of love to maintain these things, and this place is filled with so much love. I can't even begin to describe it all, the meticulousness and thoughtfulness are evident in every detail. Except for the fact that it's a bit of a lie, it feels like Daiso has everything. I regularly sort the recyclables, and the host takes care of sorting them out on a designated day. (Is that right? I think there's a designated day for each type of trash, but that's just my guess.) Anyway, if you're looking for a short-term rental, such as a one-month stay, this is the perfect place. Reallyㅜ..💗 Have a great rest!!!

Thanks to the friendly host and the warm and pretty accommodation, we had a very happy family trip to Busan. First of all, the host is very friendly. He explained everything in detail, such as parking and accommodation use, and he was full of sincerity for the guests' happy trip. So, from the text message I received right after completing the reservation to the thank you text message after the trip, I felt so good. And thanks to that kind of heart and effort, the accommodation is very clean and warm. Not only is it equipped with almost all the facilities, but it is clean and the atmosphere is very warm and nice. Not only the atmosphere, but the facilities are also good. The hot water comes out well. The room and bed are very warm and fluffy hotel bedding. And the location of the accommodation is also very good. First of all, you can go to Suyeong Historic Park, F1963, Costco, Suyeong Paldo Market, Suyeong Station, etc. within 10 minutes on foot. And you can go to Gwangalli, Seomyeon, and Sajik by village bus or regular bus within 2-3 minutes. You can go to Haeundae and Centum across Suyeong River by car. You can also go to Gwangalli and Minrak Waterside Park right away. Hwangnyeongsan Observatory is not far by car, so if you go there, you can see a beautiful night view^^ As I write this review, I want to go to Busan again. I would like to thank the kind host once again, and I hope that other people will also have a happy trip to Busan.

The other guests' detailed reviews were incredibly helpful to me. I'm not a good writer, but I thought I'd share a few words in case my review might be helpful to other guests. My husband and I love traveling, and we've stayed in many places for a week. This place was both affordable and enjoyable. The host sent detailed explanations via text before check-in, so there were no difficulties using the accommodation. The subway station, Costco, and traditional markets are all within a 10-minute walk, making every day truly fulfilling. This was my first time in Busan, but I was so satisfied that Busan became a place I've always cherished. I've stayed in other places, but this place is exactly as pictured. It's clean, and the bedding is so clean, I slept soundly. Haha. Because the subway station was close by, we parked our car in the parking lot for a week. Sometimes, a car can be a burden when traveling to an unfamiliar place. My husband and I enjoyed a stroll along the Suyeong River, and it was a trip filled with wonderful memories.
