Clean two-room with full options and the best value for money

As the title suggests, it's really the best value for money^^ You can't find this value for money in all accommodations in Busan. ㅎㅎ However, since it's a house, it's a shame that not many people are looking for a house. That's why I'm going to write a real review. I want to leave it as a place that only I know about, but the host is so kind that I feel bad about not leaving a review, so I'll write a few words^ㅇ^ ★Advantages: 1. The host is so kind. Whenever you contact me about an inconvenience, they'll take care of it right away. I'm not good at machines, so I don't know if it's because I don't know much about IP TV or if there was an error, but when I said it wasn't working, they ordered a Google connector and connected it right away so I could watch it well. 2. They newly painted and remodeled the chassis~ The inside is so clean and neat. The house was so warm that I could live with the boiler turned off. 3. The washing machine is new and has a large capacity, so it was great because I could wash and dry my blankets right away. It's the best for people who do laundry^^ There's a lot to washㅋㅋㅋ 4. The bathroom is so big that there's still space even after putting in a large washing machine. 5. Even though it's a house, it's quiet because it's at the end of an alley~ Especially, as I wrote, the shutters are well-made so I can't hear the window closingㅋㅋㅋ I turned on Netflix and watched it wellㅎㅎ 6. It's a real residential area in Busan, so the neighborhood markets are well-made, so I bought side dishes at the small market alley in the block next door, and since it's close to Yeonje? Yeonsan? Market, I walked and went to many good restaurants in the marketㅎㅎ I took my friend who came to visit and he liked itㅎㅎ 7. The transportation is the best. It's perfect for backpackers. Since it's in the center of Busan, there are transfer stations nearby, and if you take the right bus route, you can go anywhere. Haeundae and Gwangalli are less than 20 minutes by bus, and Songjeong Beach is 40-50 minutes away. Dongrae Hot Springs is also 20 minutes away, so I went to Heosimcheongdo ㅎㅎ 8. It's close to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, City Hall, and Suyeong Station, so there are many good restaurants. ^^ Haeundae, Gwangalli are too touristy areas, so throw away the expensive and tasteless restaurantsㅋㅋㅋ 10. The accommodation is too close to the station, and instead of going uphill right in front, if you walk a little, you can go through the gas station and it's right there. The 24-hour robot cafe is on, so it's safe even late at night^^ Are you worried late at night?? I went for a walk to eat spicy fish cake. It's delicious here. ㅋㅋㅋ ★Cons: 1. It's a residential complex, so there's only one Starbucks nearby. (For a Seoul country bumpkin^^) But if you go to Suyeong or Yeonsan, there are many other cafes. ㅋㅋㅋ 2. I wonder if it's because of Busan, but the smell from the sewers on the street is bad. This neighborhood is less bad because they cover it with something like a cover, but since the houses are old, I think that can't be helped. Other than that, it's good. ^^ Um....I wrote down what I could think of. Everyone has different tastes, so I hope you choose a place that suits your taste and have a good trip^^
