Clean service residence with ocean view #Studio

Pros - The host is kind! It was my first time traveling alone and living alone for a month, so I asked a lot of questions, but they always answered kindly and quickly! In addition, the staff at the front desk were very kind - I think there is no better space for living alone. You can use TV, Netflix, Tving, Watcha, Disney Plus, etc. OTT! Although the window is small, the room itself is not very large, so ventilation is good and the cooking utensils, gas range, and microwave all work well, so it was comfortable to use. There were plenty of towels and the room was clean. - I stayed with friends who came down for a few days, and since we are two women with small builds, the bed was comfortable to use. - The location is really good. I am a walker, so I used the bus for about 2 weeks except when my friends who drive came. Seogwipo Bus Terminal is nearby, and even then, there are many bus stops. It takes a while to go east, but there are many cars that go there at once, which is nice. I stayed at this accommodation for 3 weeks out of my one-month stay and stayed in other areas for the rest, but most of them were far away and difficult to travel to. If you are a walker and are considering this accommodation, I highly recommend it. - Another advantage of the location is that the surrounding area is busy, which is good. I didn't know because I haven't been to Jeju Island often, but Jeju Island gets dark and quiet quickly. There aren't many stores that are open late.. But this place has an E-Mart and Starbucks nearby. There are many places like McDonald's that are open late, and since there are schools and residential areas nearby, I didn't have to worry too much about safety even if I came in a little late at night. There is a convenience store on the first floor and many places that deliver, which was nice. I especially recommend it to women or people who come alone. - You can see the ocean from the accommodation. Since Jeju Island doesn't have many large buildings, you can see the sunset. - I liked that there was a port called Beophwanpogu nearby. It was about a 40-minute walk, but I like walking, so I often walked when I had time. It's not a beach, but you can see the waves crashing, and there's a cafe called Mohen nearby, which was nice too. + There's a World Cup stadium nearby. I wanted to go there during the season, but by the time I found out, the season was already over, so if you like soccer, I think it would be a good idea to go there! Cons... I think it's more like a cautionary note - The bathroom is small and there's no window, so it seems to smell a little after a few days. I'm a bit sensitive to smells, so I might have felt it, but if you turn on the exhaust fan while you sleep, the smell will disappear the next day, so it's not something that can't be solved, so it was okay - This is a problem due to the timing, but when I went, it was almost the school trip period. Since the kids were on the school trip, there were times when there was a noise problem. However, since the kids' roll call was over at 10-11, it wasn't noisy after that. I tend to sleep late, and since I worked at an academy, I kind of thought it was cute, so I didn't make a complaint, but if you tell the front desk, they seem to take care of it well. I think people who are sensitive to noise or go to bed early should avoid the school trip period (It was also good that I felt protected because the teachers were on guard... hehe) It seems like the accommodation had a lot more advantages than disadvantages. The disadvantages can be solved, and there are individual differences and differences in timing, so I'm staying for a month on purpose I only stayed at this place for 3 weeks and was assigned to a different area for the rest, but I regret not staying for a whole month... It was so good that my friends who visited here for a short time liked it so much that they asked me to tell them about the place. Thanks to you, I had a good stay!

I took some time off to stay in Jeju for 9 days, and I also hiked Mt. Halla and visited Marado. I took many pictures of the enjoyable moments with the ocean as the background while walking the 6th, 7th, and 8th courses of the Olle Trail. When I returned late at night, a cozy bed was waiting for me, so it was always warm. A clean and cozy bed always gave me new strength. When I opened my eyes in the morning, the blue sea, white lighthouse, and the spire of Seogwipo World Cup Stadium in the distance seemed to show me the direction for the new day, so it was great. The bus terminal and E-Mart were nearby, so it was convenient to go out and shop, and the library was even closer, so it was perfect for rainy days. April was the best healing month, staying in a convenient and nice accommodation. Thank you!

It's neat and nice to stay for a long time :) There are convenience stores and marts within walking distance, and even if you don't have your own car, the accommodation is in a good location for traveling around by bus, so I was able to rest and play comfortably☺️

The view of the accommodation is exactly the same as the picture, with a proper ocean view and great lighting, so it was very hot :) The accommodation condition is just like a regular hotel, but the room size is a bit small. It's inconvenient to spread out your luggage or put a clothes drying rack there..? It may be different for everyone, but personally, I think it's not suitable for a month-long stay because it's a hotel. There's not much space to put your luggage, so you end up spreading it out, and although there's an induction stove, it's a bit ambiguous for cooking. The room is very dry, so the laundry dried in a day, and the washing machine was easy to use! There are a few ***** *** ** *** and other things left behind by the previous user. There were a lot of middle and high school students in the hotel, so the noise was really bad. There was a lot of noise in the hallway, knocking on the door, ringing the bell, and screaming... I told the front desk, but they said they would be careful, but it was the same! It's an inevitable problem, but if you're very sensitive to noise, it's something to consider..! The location of the accommodation is a lot steeper than I thought, but the location itself was very, very satisfying! Still, it was very convenient because there was a park, library, Starbucks, McDonald's, and one of the few E-marts in Jeju Island within a 5-10 minute walk, and although it was a little inconvenient to check the bus schedule, Seogwipo Terminal was the main stop, so I could go anywhere by public transportation without missing a single place. The ocean was a 40 minute walk on the main road, so I went out to the ocean every day and saw the sunset! If you search for Beophwan Port, don't search for Dumuni Water Park on the map, and follow it down. There is a lawn and a pretty nice walking path :) The parking lot is small, but there are a lot of free parking lots around, so you don't have to worry about parking! The host was a little stiff, but he listened to my requests well, and the utility bills were settled 3 days after I checked out, and it came to about 45,500 won for 12 nights! The weather was always nice while I was at the hotel, so I was able to finish it with good memories:)
