7-Eleven convenience store on the first floor of the building, playground and fountain park within 1 minute on foot, Cheonggyecheon and Seongbukcheon within 1 minute, subway stations 1 and 2, Ui-Sinseol Line within 10 minutes A great facility built less than 5 years ago! There's a police station right next door, so security is good. The building is non-smoking inside, but smoking is allowed on the rooftop R floor. When looking from the R floor, you can see Lotte World Jamsil, Namsan Tower, Inwangsan, and Bukaksan, and Namsan Tower can be seen from inside. It boasts the best view in Dumulmeori where you can see Cheonggyecheon and Seongbukcheon at the same time. There is an E-Mart within a 5-minute walk, making it comfortable for long-term stays.
