There's a police station right next door, so security is good. The building is non-smoking inside, but smoking is allowed on the rooftop R floor. When looking from the R floor, you can see Lotte World Jamsil, Namsan Tower, Inwangsan, and Bukaksan, and Namsan Tower can be seen from inside.
