The time I spent at this house in Gujwa, Jeju was truly special. I could feel the host's thoughtful care in maintaining the property, and they immediately addressed any urgent situations, which gave me great peace of mind. The interior design is so beautiful that everywhere felt like a photo zone, and the view of the sea from the jacuzzi was absolutely breathtaking. It's just 30 seconds from the entrance to the beach, and a 4-minute drive gets you to all the convenience facilities and great restaurants, so the location is perfect. I was really satisfied being able to enjoy both field and sea views while experiencing Jeju's peaceful and serene atmosphere. I finally understood what it means to feel like you're on vacation just by staying in the house. Being a townhouse, I didn't feel scared even during the period when I was taking care of my children alone. I stayed with my lower elementary school kids and preschooler, and we had a swimming lesson at a nearby center for a month. Everything was conveniently within a 3-8 minute drive: the children's reading room at the library operating until 10 a.m., a middle school where kids can play on the grass in the evening, and even a beach that speaks for itself. It was a time filled with many memories and the energy of Jeju, and since one month felt too short, I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

I quit my job and was planning to spend a month in Jeju when I discovered this house and immediately signed the contract. The moment I entered the house after arriving in Jeju, it was more beautiful than expected, and I felt I made a great choice. Since I was going to stay for a month, if I didn't like it, it could be depressing rather than healing. The house was close to the sea and the coastal road was well-maintained, making it great for walking, jogging, and cycling. I was able to see both sunrise and sunset. There were many tourist attractions and pretty cafes to the east within 15-30 minutes, which I visited frequently. Jeju is really nice just for its cafes. The owner was very kind and would contact me immediately and handle any questions I had, which made me feel comfortable. The house had almost all the necessary items for daily living, so there was no inconvenience, and having a dryer made laundry convenient. It was quiet, close to Sehwa Beach, and the mart was just 5 minutes away by car, making it very convenient. The mugwort steamed buns at the mart were so delicious that I bought some on my way home. I spent a truly happy month here.

This was a pet-friendly property, and I was so grateful to be able to stay here with my new cat daughter. Thanks to the owner's understanding and consideration for pets, I was able to live comfortably without any major inconveniences. Just before I started my two-month stay, I had a new cat family member, and coincidentally, several cats had settled in the complex. Thanks to this, I was able to feed the three gentlemen cats who visited my house every day and watch them live, giving me a peaceful time. I think it will be an unforgettable experience. Furthermore, the owner was always kind enough to check on everything and provide tips on good restaurants and daily life, making it more than just a trip, it was a truly "living time." The memories of my two-month stay were so good that I decided to stay in Jeju for a year. If you're considering a long-term stay with your pet, I highly recommend this place.

I spent a month here healing. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. Because it was February, the weather wasn't always great. Despite that, the best part was the view of the flower fields (actually radish fields, with rapeseed flowers blooming between them), the ocean view, and even Hallasan Mountain in the distance. The unobstructed view was so healing. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes, but it's not crowded, which is even better. The drive is easy. Best of all, my favorite places, Sehwa Beach and Jongdal-ri, are right around the corner, which was great. I stayed with my child, and my husband stayed with me for about a week. The east side, in particular, is more secluded and dark. This accommodation is in a complex, so I felt a little safer! It's dark even if you stray a little. ㅜㅜ It's a little scary when my husband isn't around, but seeing the lights on in the complex was reassuring. The host also occasionally contacted me, which made me feel even more secure. That doesn't mean I'm interfering at all. I'd love to come back in the summer, but it's peak season. ㅜㅜ Thank you, host. Everything about this place was perfect. The surroundings are quiet, the view is perfect, and everything is just a short drive away. If I ever come back to Jeju Island, I'd definitely stay here again. Typical pensions often have cheap, cheap furniture and appliances, but this place was equipped with everything I needed, so I had a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. I also had a great time with the cats and the occasional dog that came by. I worked and played in this house, and I had no regrets. No matter where you go, you'll probably have some regrets about your accommodation, but I've never had any, and I've only taken home good memories.

This is a review after staying for a month. I recommend this to those doing two-week or month-long stays. The accommodation location is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for healing and relaxation. It seems like this complex is frequently visited by people doing long-term travels. It was wonderful for quiet fishing and swimming with children. A wonderful day and night in beautiful Gujwa Sehwa. I am taking away many memories of the incredibly beautiful sea and the climb up the nearby hill. The accommodation was a detached unit, and the various views through the floor-to-ceiling windows made it the perfect place to admire the morning sea and the evening sunset. Hello? I am a husband in my 30s who lived in this accommodation for a month from mid-May to mid-June this year with my cat and 10-month-old baby. Let me start with the conclusion of my review of the accommodation. If I could go back in time and choose another accommodation, I would do it here. I was extremely happy and enjoyed my 30 days in Jeju. I would like to thank the host once again. (I will say this in advance, but the host did not give me anything for writing this. I am just writing this to repay them for being so kind to me.) Now, I will write about my detailed feelings. Please note that this is a very subjective content that fits my situation. 1. Accommodation area (Sehwa) : Sehwa is the easternmost part of Jeju Island. It is more than an hour away from the main western areas such as Jungmun/Hanrim/Aewol. Those who want to focus on the western area should take note. However, since it is located on the East Sea, tourist attractions and famous places in the East are easily accessible, and in my case, my baby's first nap time was about an hour, so it was better to drive west at that time. I think everyone's taste will vary. 2. Appearance of the accommodation (very pretty) : This house is pretty. To be honest, all the buildings in this complex are pretty. In reality, it is prettier than the introduction photos. Especially when the weather is clear, it is really spectacular to drink coffee or grill meat while watching the sunset on the deck. However, since it is a three-story house, you have no choice but to go up and down the stairs at least two or three times a day. 3. Location of the accommodation (in front of the sea) : This is so/very/very good. The sea right in front is a walking path/coastal, so I was able to walk/jog almost every day. (You will know if you use Naver Map to view the road) 4. Accommodation infrastructure (townhouse complex) : When I first looked for accommodation, I was tired of city life and wanted to look for a quiet country house in the forest with a yard, but I was mistaken. Usually, I stayed near the main hotels in Jeju City, so I didn't feel it, but Jeju Island is not a city. In other words, when the sun goes down, it is really dark because there are no city lights. So it is very scary. It should be a small complex with townhouses gathered together. 5. Accommodation location (inner house) : In the case of this complex, the complex is made in the shape of a jar. Therefore, naturally, the inside of the jar is a house that is visible to people coming and going, and the outside of the jar is a house where personal privacy is well protected. This house is on the bottom of the outside of the jar, so the only thing I saw outside the window was sprouts growing in the field. 6. Landlord (good) : When renting a house and living there, one of the important things is the landlord. When you need to be careful, use it, and when you don't need to be careful, don't use it(?). I think that tenants will live comfortably. In that sense, I think HOST is very appropriate. You don't have to touch it separately, and if something urgent comes up, you can contact the manager who manages the complex and he will come and take care of it right away. In fact... you will hardly ever have to contact the landlord separately while living in the house for a month. I also received a few pages of information via KakaoTalk shortly after I made the reservation. (Nearby tourist attractions/good restaurants/fishing points, etc.) At first, I thought, "What is this...?" but it was really only useful information. And if you ask about things you need or are curious about while living, they will kindly and thoroughly answer you. I wrote the article hesitantly, but to conclude... . Honestly, living in Jeju Island for a month is a dream that everyone wants to have and a precious experience that you may only have once in your life, but this is a place where you can brag about a pretty house and make memories.

First of all, the host was very kind and warm-hearted, so he asked if there were any inconveniences during my stay in Jeju for a full moon and took care of them for me, so I had a comfortable stay. The accommodation is in the complex, but the entire complex is a quiet place where families stay and leave, so there were no problems with noise at all, and it was better because it wasn't scary or desolate. Even though it was on the east side, the sunset view from the accommodation was fantastic. Every evening, I took a walk along the quiet beach while watching the ever-changing sunset, and it was like a painting. I lived for a full moon with the words "Ah~ It's so nice!" on my lips. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby, so I had fun looking around, and Sehwa Oil Market was just 5 minutes away, so I enjoyed shopping and eating at the accommodation. I think this is a good value accommodation that I recommend if you want to quietly feel the east side of Jeju. The airport and the west are far away, so I rarely go there, and I planned a course mainly to the east, so the roads weren't congested and I didn't get tired of driving. It was a three-story duplex, so going up and down to the third floor, which was the bedroom, was a bit difficult, but the third-floor bedroom view was also a work of art. It was a very pretty bedroom with one window offering a view of the ocean and the other window offering a view of Jeju’s stone wall fields. The third-floor bathroom was very spacious and easy to use, and there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom that could be used by two people at the same time, so I was able to wash away the day’s fatigue. The sink in the first-floor kitchen was made of porcelain, so it wasn’t very convenient to use because I wasn’t used to it, and the water splashed a bit, so I had to wear an apron, which was a flaw. The water pressure was so strong that I had to turn it up a little bit to use it, so it was a place that guaranteed a refreshing shower. I don’t know how the two weeks passed by, but I had a great time and made many pretty memories. If I travel to the east again, I want to come back again.

East of Jeju... I missed Gujwa, where I lived with my family for a year a few years ago, so I decided to spend two weeks of summer there again, starting in early July, with my husband, kids, and cat. I searched for accommodations on Live Anywhere, using filters like pet-friendly, beachfront, and bathtub. This detached house with a fantastic ocean and field view was a perfect fit. ^^ My cat was a bit heavier than I expected, so I inquired about it, and they readily agreed. Thank you! The ocean is right across the coastal road. While it's not a swimming spot, it's a great place for a walk, and we often saw haenyeo (female divers). Of course, beautiful Sehwa Beach is just a five-minute drive away, so the kids could play in the water every day. Restaurants and Hanaro Mart were also convenient, making life convenient. When I asked the host about a fishing spot, he even prepared a fishing trap for us to try with the kids. He also gave us detailed directions on nearby restaurants and how to use the accommodations. We were truly touched throughout our stay~^^♡ The southwest is a bit too far for kids, so I was worried we'd miss seeing dolphins. But while eating at Bendi, we happened to see dolphins jumping out of the open sea, and everyone was thrilled.^^ The house was also very clean, and the dishes, appliances, and bedding were all spotless. We felt at home. The bedding is a bit thick, so it might be a good idea to bring a thinner blanket in the summer. I'm sure we'll have happy memories of Jeju thanks to the warm-hearted host and the beautiful accommodation. Thank you ♡
