1. Our house is registered as a residential building rental business. This is a one-month rental house with a one-month lease contract. ​ 2. Renting is prohibited. ​ 3. Since this is a rental contract, we cannot provide additional items other than those already prepared. Also, since this is a rental space and not a lodging facility, sanitary products (disposable products) and seasonings are not provided, so you must prepare them yourself. ​ 4. Although it is an independent space, it is a townhouse village where you live with your neighbors, so parties and events are prohibited and you must be mindful of noise. ​ 5. There are handrails on the stairs going up and down the 2nd floor and on the rooftop terrace, so you need to be careful. You also need to be careful when going up and down the stairs~ ^^ ​ 6. Please note that although we are doing quarantine, it is difficult to completely block bugs coming from outside due to the nature of single-family homes. We have installed ultrasonic bug repellents along with quarantine, but they cannot block them 100%. Please be sure to take note of this if you are very afraid of bugs or are sensitive to them. ​ 7. Smoking is prohibited on the indoor and yard terraces and the second floor terrace. Although the floor is tiled, there are trees and a small amount of grass on the side, which poses a risk of fire. ​ 8. Meat and fish with strong odors cannot be grilled indoors. Instead, we have prepared a grill to give you a camping-like feeling on the terrace in the yard. Please make sure to clean it thoroughly after use. :) ​ 9. If the item is damaged, you must pay compensation. All items are new products that I personally selected. If there is damage, please contact me immediately. That way, I can prepare it for you when I go down to Jeju. ​ 10. If the bedding, sofa, etc. are contaminated or stained beyond washability, you will be required to pay additional laundry fees or compensation. ​ 11. When you check out, you must clean up the house as you did when you checked in. A cleaning fee may be charged. (You must perform basic cleaning, excluding laundry.) ​ 12. Please be informed that you are responsible for any safety accidents caused by carelessness when using the facilities (stairs, attics, outdoor terraces, etc.). ​ 13. You can throw away trash, separated waste, and food waste at the Clean House. There is a Clean House in each parking lot of Hyeopjae Beach, so you can use it. It is convenient to take it with you when you go out and throw it away when you leave~ If you use the app Clean Jeju, you can find the location of Clean House. For food waste, you can use the T-money card inside the accommodation. (I have charged it.) ​ 14. Pets are not allowed. ​
