There are two food alleys nearby and Tongin Market, a market exclusively for tourists. Gyeongbokgung Palace and Cheonghwadae are right next door, so you can take a morning walk. Gwanghwamun is a 10-minute walk away. Just across the street is Seochon Hanok Village. After passing the Hanok Village, you will find a small bookstore and a walking trail around Hanyangdoseong, and you can also go hiking. The Chinese restaurant [Doryang] run by Chef Cheolgabang from the popular Netflix show Black and White Chef is in the alley in front. [Bookstore Today], run by Nobel Prize in Literature winner Lee (Han Kang), is located in the building right in front. It's located in the heart of Seoul's tourist attractions, but it's quiet at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. Since it is solo, there is no intermediate noise and no car noise at all.
