I urgently found this place due to construction at my parents' house. It turned out to be the best choice. Despite being a semi-basement, it was incredibly clean and well-maintained throughout by the host. I was also worried about my mother's mobility, but there are only about 3 steps. Most importantly, the location is perfect. Seoul Forest is right in front of the house. Thanks to this, my mother was able to relax and exercise more actively during her stay. The surrounding area is full of famous restaurants, so my parents were able to leisurely explore and enjoy delicious food. Above all, I'm grateful for the host's thoughtfulness. I was worried about my parents staying alone, so I asked for permission to stay with them for a few days, and the host kindly agreed and responded helpfully whenever I had questions. I was concerned that the construction period might be inconvenient for my parents, but thanks to the host, I'm leaving with only wonderful memories. Wishing you continued success.!!

I had a comfortable and relaxing week here. I enjoyed taking walks in the nearby Seoul Forest with its fresh air, the convenient transportation, and I'm very satisfied with the great value for money of the accommodation.

I live abroad, so I stayed here with my daughter for a month in July during the summer break. Even though it's a semi-basement, it's bright and sunny, so it doesn't feel like a basement at all. I was a little worried about a semi-basement when I booked, but it was actually cool and not humid in the summer. There's a dehumidifier, but I only used it for two or three days to dry laundry during the rainy season, and then barely needed it. The house was clean and nice, as if it had been recently remodeled. There are many popular restaurants, bakeries, and cafes right in front of the house, and it's a popular spot. Ttukseom Station (Line 2) is about an eight-minute walk away, and Seoul Forest Station (Suin-Bundang Line) is a similar distance away, so transportation was convenient. Since it's right next to Seoul Forest, it's a great place for an evening stroll. The owner was easy to contact, and they responded quickly. One downside was that every time I opened and closed the villa entrance door, there was a slight rattling noise, probably due to the wind. It wasn't a major issue for me, but it might be a concern for those with sensitive skin.

The location is simply perfect! It has everything you need, and the neighborhood is quiet!
