A spacious table sits at the center of the home, allowing for seamless integration of work, meals, and personal tasks within a single space. The layout, with its generous space and flow, ensures a comfortable experience for those who spend a lot of time at home. A queen-size bed provides a comfortable sleeping environment for extended stays, and the space is designed to help you focus on finishing your day and returning to your daily routine. A separate room adjacent to the bathroom can be used as a dressing room, perfect for lounging on the sofa, reading a book, or simply slowing down the pace of the day. Organizing clothes and relaxing are seamlessly integrated into the overall flow of your life, creating a natural flow. The kitchen is compact in size but equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee machine, rice cooker, induction cooktop, coffee pot, and large refrigerator, making it possible to prepare everything from simple meals to everyday cooking. Bar stools are provided, making it a great place to enjoy coffee alone or enjoy light refreshments while chatting with guests. This is a standalone house where you can use the entire building exclusively, so you can live without being disturbed by neighbors or outside noise, and thanks to the Sangdo Neighborhood Park that leads to the back of the house, you can maintain a relatively quiet environment even in the city center. This is a great space for those who want to maintain a work-life balance, whether for a short stay or a stay of more than a week. 📍 Location and surrounding environment • You can take a bus to Jangseungbaegi Station, Noryangjin Station, or Sindaebangsamgeori Station from the village bus stop in front of the house. • 1.2km to Jangseungbaegi Station (5 minutes by car, 17 minutes on foot) ☝️ Note • The first floor of the building is used as a studio by the owner, and the area permitted under the lease contract is the entire second floor. The entrances to the first and second floors are separate, ensuring privacy. • Rooftops are available for use, but are not recommended due to the risk of falling. Users are responsible for any accidents that may occur.
