I stayed for a month while I was moving out on storage. First of all, it is a really clean place with great attention to detail. It was well-equipped with not only necessary appliances but also daily necessities, which really set it apart from other accommodations. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, and this thoughtfulness is seamlessly integrated into the place, making my stay feel just like home. The parking lot is good, but public transportation was also incredibly convenient since the place is practically right next to Suseo Station. With an E-Mart, convenience store, pharmacy, and even an Olive Young nearby, the infrastructure is so great that I had absolutely nothing to complain about! It is just a shame that I couldn't stay longer and had to move. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness and attention to detail, especially those planning a long-term stay. Thanks to the host's meticulous and thorough guidance even before check-in, I had no worries. However, the moment I entered, I was delighted by the surprisingly clean environment, the pleasant scent, and the abundance of daily necessities. Clean bedding, towels, and dishes were a given! Since I'd be staying with my dog for about 20 days, I was worried the room might be cramped, but it actually felt more spacious than the photos showed, and the thoughtful host even provided a new dog cooling pad, which was a nice touch. During my stay, I frequently contacted the host with questions about things like how to use the room amenities and the officetel parking lot, and I was always grateful for her prompt and kind responses. ㅠㅠ (I know it must have been a hassle, but...) The air conditioning worked well, and the sunlight made laundry dry quickly. ㅎㅎㅎ There's a large Lotte Supermarket nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants, which I personally really liked. The shoe rack is also spacious, so it's perfect for those with a lot of shoes. I brought a lot of shoes, and I had plenty of space left over even after storing them all in the shoe cabinet... ********************** It was very spacious, so that part was also very nice! As I used it, there were only good things. I only stayed for 20 days, but I was so comfortable and happy from the moment I checked in that I couldn't tell you how sad I was to check out. It's on the 10th floor, so the view outside during the day and at night is great, and you can see the Lotte Tower very well. ㅎㅎ If I had to write down one thing that was disappointing(?), it was that for those who need to park, it's a bit far from the Suseo Station public parking lot, and the officetel's underground parking lot is quite expensive without parking registration. I heard that the host will subsidize the parking fee if you stay for more than 30 days, so I think it would be okay to stay for more than 30 days at once. ㅎㅎ If I have a short-term stay again, I will definitely come here. The location is convenient, but it's also very safe and convenient for a woman traveling alone. I initially reserved a hotel, but I hesitated a lot before canceling. I think it was an excellent choice. There are many restaurants near Suseo Station, and there's a basic Lotte Mart and a side dish store, so there was no inconvenience even when my family came. The host was so considerate and thoughtful that I had a great rest as if I were in my own home. I'm leaving after a warm and happy week. I hope the owner is successful too. I'll be using this place often.
