(Please feel free to text us if you have any questions about the accommodation while you are getting ready before then.) _____《🚫Accommodation Rules🚫》_____ ● Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check-out before 11:00 AM. (Check-in and check-out times cannot be changed.) ● Pets are not allowed. ● Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms. (Please smoke outdoors and collect cigarette butts to dispose of in the trash can.) ● Please refrain from moving furniture within the accommodation. (If you must move furniture, please return it to its original place before checking out.) ● A food waste disposer is installed in the kitchen sink. (Please refer to the attached notice for safe use.) ● The gas grill is prohibited for indoor use; please use it outdoors. (It is located under the kitchen sink, but you must provide your own butane gas. Please clean up safely after use and make sure to wipe the gas grill and griddle plate clean and return them to their original place. Usage is not permitted during rain.) ● Please separate recyclable waste and dispose of it at the Clean House. (The Clean House is a 4-minute drive from the accommodation, and information on waste disposal methods and locations is available at the accommodation.) ● Weed removal and lawn mowing are performed once a month. (Please understand that maintenance schedules may unavoidably occur during your stay due to the landscaping company's schedule.) ● We ask that you be careful to avoid accidents or damage caused by excessive drinking. (You are responsible for compensation in the event of damage.) ● It is located in a quiet area with neighboring residents. (Please refrain from outdoor activities late at night, and do not enter neighboring stone walls to look around or touch their belongings.) ● After visiting the beach, please wash off any sand from your feet using the tap water in front of the entrance before entering the accommodation. ● Bedding is provided as standard for two bedrooms with beds and one ondol room (with a futon bedding set). (Additional charges apply for additional requests, and extra bedding cannot be added on the day of arrival.) ● We do not provide separate cleaning, bedding replacement, or extra towels for consecutive nights. ⛔️ Visiting guests are allowed only within the maximum occupancy limit during the stay. (If it is confirmed that the occupancy limit has been exceeded, you will be asked to check out, and no refunds will be issued.) ⛔️ Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas) ---> A basic rate per night (seasonal base rate) is applied when paying the accommodation fee. After check-out, actual usage (meter reading) will be calculated, and any additional charges resulting from excessive usage will be billed separately. ⛔️ This accommodation does not charge a separate cleaning fee. (A separate cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if basic tidying is not completed.)
