Kitchenware... (A water purifier is installed, and a food waste disposer is also installed in the sink.) ● 《 Bathroom 》 ---> Bathrooms of the same size are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors. (Both the 1st and 2nd floors are equipped with shower booths and American standard bidets.) ● 《 Barbecue 》 ---> Charcoal barbecue is not permitted; however, a wide gas grill (530×320) is provided in the kitchen. (It can be used in the yard or on the 2nd-floor terrace, but indoor use and in rainy weather are prohibited.) ● 《 Heating & Cooling 》 ---> The boiler and air conditioner can be controlled individually for each room and are available for year-round operation. ⛔️ Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water) ---> A basic rate per night (based on the average seasonal price) is applied upon payment of the accommodation fee. After check-out, actual usage (meter reading) is calculated, and any additional charges resulting from excessive usage will be deducted from the security deposit.

(If you must move furniture, please return it to its original place before checking out.) ● A food waste disposer is installed in the kitchen sink. (Please refer to the attached notice for safe use.) ● The gas grill is prohibited for indoor use; please use it outdoors. (It is located under the kitchen sink, but you must provide your own butane gas. Please clean up safely after use and make sure to wipe the gas grill and griddle plate clean and return them to their original place. Usage is not permitted during rain.) ● Please separate recyclable waste and dispose of it at the Clean House. (The Clean House is a 4-minute drive from the accommodation, and information on waste disposal methods and locations is available at the accommodation.) ● Weed removal and lawn mowing are performed once a month. (Please understand that maintenance schedules may unavoidably occur during your stay due to the landscaping company's schedule.) ● We ask that you be careful to avoid accidents or damage caused by excessive drinking. (You are responsible for compensation in the event of damage.) ● It is located in a quiet area with neighboring residents. (Please refrain from outdoor activities late at night, and do not enter neighboring stone walls to look around or touch their belongings.) ● After visiting the beach, please wash off any sand from your feet using the tap water in front of the entrance before entering the accommodation. ● Bedding is provided according to the number of guests. (Additional charges apply for extra requests, and additional bedding cannot be added on the day of arrival.) ● For consecutive nights, we do not provide separate cleaning, bedding replacement, or extra towels during your stay. ⛔️ Visiting guests are only allowed within the maximum occupancy limit during the stay.
