Therefore, you must bring your own. / Basic bedding is provided. <Laundry fees apply if using basic bedding> / If you are particularly sensitive, you may bring your own bedding. ✔ No entry for outsiders other than guests. ✔ No bonfires indoors or outdoors. ✔ Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in guest rooms, bathrooms, and on the terrace. Fines will be imposed! ✔ Guests bear full responsibility for any fires caused by their negligence, whether indoors or outdoors. Please do not carelessly discard cigarette butts outdoors. ✔ Do not open the front and sides of the folding doors on rainy or windy days. (Currently, only the windows on the left and right sides with mosquito nets can be opened.) / Please inquire in advance regarding pension accommodations, as swimming pool usage takes priority. / (Basic fee of 20,000 KRW per use during the swimming pool opening period from July to September) Additional costs vary depending on water usage. ✔ Cleaning (dishwashing, bedding tidying, and recycling) is mandatory upon check-out. Disposal of residual embers and cleanup after using the BBQ area is mandatory. Additional cleaning fees may apply if cleaning is insufficient, and additional charges based on the original purchase price will be applied for severe stains, damage, or loss. ✔ Please treat your home with care and affection. ✔ As this is a country house located near a natural environment, insects such as mosquitoes and centipedes may enter. (Please keep the front door closed at all times. Please open the windows on the side with mosquito nets day and night.) Please note that refunds due to this are not possible. ✔ Due to the nature of the countryside, tap water may appear cloudy in the event of heavy rain. Please take note of this. ✔ The security deposit will be refunded to the guest via Live Anywhere after check-out, once the host has verified the cleanliness and checked for any stains, damage, or loss regarding paid channels, gas, oil (boiler), laundry costs after use, electricity (especially during the summer, additional charges of at least 50,000 KRW per 6-night stay are incurred in addition to basic utilities), water supply, interior and exterior, bedding, accessories, appliances, furniture, wallpaper, terrace, etc.
