I stayed here for a week, feeling truly at home. I was worried it might be cold because I checked in late at night, but the heating was turned on in advance, so the room was incredibly warm. As I've read in many reviews, there was absolutely everything. Throughout my week, I didn't think anything was missing. That's why it felt so comfortable and like home. Ah! And the soybean paste and nurungji (scorched rice) provided in the fridge were fantastic. Honestly, I hadn't planned on eating at home. I was just going to make ramen if I needed it, but the host recommended making doenjang jjigae (scorched rice stew) with her grandmother's homemade doenjang, so I made it. It was absolutely delicious, and the whole family unanimously decided to swap two of our meals out for doenjang jjigae. I highly recommend the doenjang jjigae!! The nurungji was also delicious, made in the morning and served with seasoned seaweed. Haha. Thanks to the host's thoughtfulness, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable week. As a token of my gratitude, I tried my best to leave no trace of my stay. I wish you happiness and good health!

I'm late with my review. It felt like my own home. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, so I didn't need to buy even the smallest things. I live in Jeju every year, but this was my favorite place. It's close to the supermarket and library, and the walk to the beach was great. It's on the fifth floor, but it had an elevator, which was convenient. I like my own space, and this was perfect for me. I enjoyed looking at the stars at night. Pros: It has most of the daily necessities. It's great for walks. The house is comfortable. It's convenient. I'd stay here again. Cons: The closet is disorganized. The blankets in the closet need to be washed. The bed sheets in the master bedroom often fall off. The gas stove doesn't light well. The laundry room needs to be cleaned and organized.

I stayed here for two weeks with my parents who have mobility issues!! The host was so kind and told us to make ourselves at home, which I really appreciated. The elevator was spacious enough for wheelchairs, which was great, and the apartment had almost everything we needed, so we were able to stay comfortably and happily without any inconvenience. If I get the chance to visit again, I think I would choose this place without hesitation~~~^^ Thank you so much!!!

We had a wonderful week-long trip with our family and are leaving feeling very comfortable thanks to the kind host and clean accommodation. It truly felt like coming to a family home with such warmth and comfort, and there was nothing lacking in terms of amenities—we had zero inconveniences. If we visit again in winter, I think we'll definitely come back here. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling around Aewol as it has great accessibility.

It was nice to be able to rest quietly. The ocean view is visible from the bathroom and kitchen, so it's great to enjoy the view while cooking~ I came down for business purposes and needed both wired and wireless internet. I was touched by the thoughtful consideration with the desk, chair, and lighting!! I enjoyed eating the soybean paste and nurungji from the refrigerator as they said it was okay to eat them^^

I had a great time. The accommodations were clean and the location was great, near the ocean. I'm making lots of good memories.

With retirement just a few years away, I have a lot of unused vacation days. A month-long stay seemed too long, so I decided to start with a short-term rental. While looking for accommodations, I thought about staying somewhere very Jeju-like, but as someone who has only lived in the city, I decided not to be too greedy and chose this place. It's a newly built villa in a seaside village, so it's clean with plenty of parking space. Even though it's a rural area, when I go running in the evening, the countryside walls are nicely maintained with a homey feel, and there are remodeled houses here and there. The neighborhood is great for walking with small cafes and such. I went running by the beach every evening. The house condition is really like visiting a friend's place. There's literally everything you could need. The hair dryer is amazing (something I always carry with me), but I didn't bring it this time. I didn't cook, but you can assume there's almost everything a typical household would have. There's a washing machine and dryer, which I used well. The bathroom faucet at the sink was a bit loose and startled me, but it was fine since there's a Lasa Choi underneath. There are really so many things like **** ***** **** **** and even *** is provided! The downside is that it rained for 3-4 days straight, and being on the 1st floor with the entrance and elevator was really difficult. With poor ventilation, there was a musty smell that I had to hold my breath through for a long time. It was that suffocating. This could easily be solved by just opening the 1st floor door. Also, the vanity light doesn't work, making it hard to do makeup, and there's no outlet at the vanity to plug things in, so I had to go to the mirror in front of the entrance to do my hair. While there's almost nothing missing, many of the provided items have expiration dates that are way too old. I think it would be good to set aside a day to dispose of them. Things like ** that are really old. ***? There were quite a few small things like that. The closet only has closet functions and bedding, and the rest should be moved elsewhere. It's hard to hang clothes.

There are 2 convenience stores within a 5-minute walk, and there is a Hanaro Mart 1.6 km away, so it was easy to buy water and groceries. It seems that there are all the things you need in the house. I was worried that there might not be an electric blanket because it was April when I went down with my mother who gets cold easily, but there were 3 beds, and there was even a dehumidifier on the stove. There were 2 multi-taps that I could use separately, so I used them well, and there were 4 cell phone chargers. There was a large washing machine and a dryer, but there was also a clothes drying rack, so there was no inconvenience in doing laundry. The dryer wasn't the cheap one you often see in accommodations, but there was a JWC dryer, so I dried my hair quickly, and there was a curling iron and nail clippers, so it was very useful. When I opened the table in front of the TV, there were even *** and *** ****, lol. It was a really humane sight. The kitchen utensils were not just a variety, but there were dozens of potato peelers, cheese graters, etc., and there were pots, frying pans, and bowls of various sizes. There is a 3-burner burner, so there is nothing you can't do if you don't have tools to cook. There are large and small sanitary bags, and there were plenty of ** and ****. There are also cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, a mop, and a roller, so you can clean it neatly. Apple TV is installed as a TV set-top box. Thanks to that, I didn't have to carry a heavy laptop and use it. If you absolutely must use a laptop, there is wireless internet, but there is an LAN cable in the room with the desk. There is no high-power charger, so you should prepare that. I was worried that it would be noisy because the airport is close, but the insulation and soundproofing are good. If you turn up the boiler temperature, it doesn't drop for a long time even if you turn it down later, and I didn't hear any airplane noise while I was at home. I think I've only talked about household affairs, but the house is located on a slightly higher ground nearby, next to a large road connecting the northern part of Jeju, and the parking lot is spacious, so you don't have to worry about parking in the alley. We stayed here for three weeks in Jeju from late July to mid-August. Previously, I'd mostly stayed in hotels or condos when traveling to Jeju. This time, I was looking for a longer-term stay, so I had a lot of questions before booking. The host answered them promptly and provided helpful explanations, which helped me make the decision quickly. During my stay, the host was always there to ask if I had any inconveniences, and whenever I had questions or concerns, he contacted me immediately and was very helpful. I was grateful. My family planned to stay in Jeju for three weeks without a car, using public transportation. Location and accessibility were the most important factors when choosing a place to stay. This accommodation is located in Aewol-eup, about 20 minutes by express bus from Jeju Airport, 10 minutes by bus to Handam Beach, Aewol Cafe Street, and Gwakji Beach, and 25 minutes by bus to Hyeopjae Beach and Hallim Park. There are numerous bus routes to Jeju Airport and downtown, and major tourist attractions in the Aewol area are within a 10-15 minute taxi ride, so transportation was hassle-free. Buses to Jeju Airport and downtown run frequently, and Gonae Port and the coastal road are within a 10-minute walk, offering ocean views. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. Next to location and transportation, the next most important consideration was the amenities nearby. The bus stop and nearby convenience store were a 2-3 minute walk from the property, and the coastal road was within a 10-minute walk, along with many restaurants and cafes. The Aewol Township Office and the Aewol Library were nearby, which was a great place to visit with my child and borrow books. There's also a recycling center just a 5-6 minute walk away, making recycling easy. Daiso, Hanaro Mart, a hospital, and a pharmacy are also within a 10-minute bus ride, making life easy. There's direct access from the main road to the property, and parking seemed relatively spacious. Also, since Homeplus offers delivery in my area, I was able to easily purchase daily necessities through Homeplus Delivery. Finally, what I appreciated most was that this accommodation was a private home, not a hotel or condo, so even though I was staying long-term, I felt at home and enjoyed the convenience of having all the necessary appliances. The TV was equipped with various OTT channels (Coupang Play, Disney Plus, Apple TV, etc.), which was great. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, air fryer, and various cooking utensils (pots, pans, dishes of various sizes), making cooking a breeze. The vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and mini dryer were all available for my convenience. Although the accommodation was located on the main street, the double-glazed living room kept outside noise at bay. The kitchen had a distant ocean view, and with few tall buildings nearby, the view and natural lighting were excellent. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom was spacious with a shower. The washer and dryer, along with a clothes rack, were convenient for doing laundry whenever I wanted. The bedding provided was clean and the room was well-maintained, so I was satisfied with the overall stay and would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Jeju for a longer period of time.
