Clean ocean view two-room newly built villa with good living infrastructure 5 minutes walk from the beach

We had to leave our first home in Jeju midway due to numerous issues, but we were able to stay very comfortably at this place we found in a hurry. Our previous home was a two-story detached house that looked spacious and nice from the outside, but it lacked maintenance in every corner. There was sewage backing up in the laundry room... and constant bug issues. I was worried because it was a brand-new listing with no reviews, and those fears turned out to be reality. While feeling at a loss, I came across this place with great reviews and detailed descriptions. Thanks to the host's quick response, we decided on this place immediately, even though it wasn't the exact size our family was looking for. As a result, everyone was satisfied and we were able to stay comfortably. We didn't see a single bug! 👍👍👍 The accommodation was clean and almost all necessary items were provided. Although the humidity was high because it is near the sea, the system air conditioner performed well, making it pleasant. In one of the small rooms, a fan was sufficient. The hot water worked well. The best part is that it has both a washing machine and a dryer. Since we had a child, we had to let them sleep on the floor, so it was great that there were plenty of blankets. The refrigerator is large and convenient, and its performance is top-notch! It was super cool inside! Hahaha. The surrounding infrastructure was great, so there were plenty of places within walking distance. There was a convenience store, a Mom's Touch, and Uji Coffee (which was getting ready to open) nearby. Just a short walk away, you can see the ocean and, best of all, it didn't feel isolated, which was really nice. Some accommodations require you to drive to access amenities, which can be really scary at night... It was great that there was an elevator, and parking was convenient with plenty of spaces. All in all, I would love to stay here again next time :) My only suggestion is that the kitchen dishes and bathroom supplies seem a bit old and should be replaced. Thank you to the host for quickly handling my inquiries and for being so attentive to my needs until the very end. ^^

The host welcomed us so kindly. The place was maintained as clean as a new home, which made us feel comfortable, and being near the beach allowed us to rest well in a quiet environment. Parking was spacious and convenient, and nearby convenience stores and various facilities were close by, making daily life very convenient. I think this was a great choice for the price.

The host's attention to detail was evident in this accommodation. The amenities were well-stocked, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I'd been to a more expensive (or perhaps even more expensive?) accommodation in the east, but I found it much more comfortable and restful. Gwakji Beach is a five-minute drive away, and the library is within walking distance, so I could borrow books with my child whenever I had time. It was the best value for money. Thank you :)

I stayed for two weeks with a family of four. I had been putting it off since I had not had the chance to stay for a month three years ago, but this time I went for two weeks~ The accommodation is near Aewol Gunae Port, so I could hear the sound of waves in the morning and evening, and there were many convenience stores within walking distance of the accommodation, so it was nice to take a morning walk. Aewol Coastal Road was also close by, and it was fun to secretly find good restaurants. Looking back on my first encounter with the accommodation, the first thing I noticed was that the hygiene was good. There were a few moths because it was humid, but the air conditioner, fan, rice cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, bedding, etc. were neat and clean. I was satisfied ♡ The host was also very kind, and thanks to him, I am leaving with good memories. Thank you.

It was so clean and quiet, and everything was perfectly equipped with nothing lacking, so I was able to stay comfortably. It was nice that there was a washing machine and dryer, so I could wash and dry them right away, and there was nothing missing in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was fluffy and clean, and the house was newly built, so it was clean without any dampness or mold. There were many good restaurants nearby, and Hagwi Hanaro Mart was close, so I could eat a variety of foods such as fresh hairtail, croaker, oyster, octopus, live octopus, and live shrimp. The sashimi was fresher and tastier than eating at a sashimi restaurant, and it was nice that I could eat it comfortably at the accommodation, and it was great value for money. Pork seems to be much cheaper in Jeju. I ordered black pork and white pork and sent it by courier. There are Nonghyup Hanaro Marts in Hallim and Aewol, but Hagwi seemed to have fresher fish and agricultural and marine products. Aewol Hanaro Mart is closer. There is a seawater sauna called Haemian, and I went there five times a week. The water was so good, and the view of the ocean from inside the sauna was great, and there was an open-air bath. ~^^ On a day with a view of the ocean, the seafood ramen restaurant was good, and the black pig restaurant on the stone wall was good because they grilled the first batch of black pigs. I wanted to eat some soft tofu in the morning, and the premium soft tofu was okay. There is a cafe street nearby, so it would be nice to have a cup of tea and brunch while driving on a rainy day. Thanks to the host's consideration, I didn't feel any inconvenience at all and I really felt like I was at home. This is my third time living in Jeju for a month, and I've been to Yeosu in Gangwon-do, but this seems to be the best accommodation. I highly recommend it. I had a good time, host. Thank you. The view was good when I opened the window, the size of the house was just right, and the location was good. Gwakji Beach is 6 minutes away by car. The sunset is so pretty. There are many good restaurants nearby. It would have been better if there was a chest of drawers. I had a good rest and had a good time ^^
