I came to Gangneung to work remotely and spend time with my boyfriend and friends in a new place, and I loved it from the start! The host kindly and quickly answered my questions when I made the reservation, and I was really touched by their thoughtfulness in printing and posting directions on paper so I wouldn't get confused on my first visit. The location is near the university area, close enough to walk around, and it's convenient because you can easily reach Gangneung's downtown area with just a short walk. I felt the host's consideration for guests throughout the house. The bedding is clean and smells wonderful, and the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and balcony are all kept spotlessly clean. It was actually much larger than it looked in the photos, and the balcony was especially spacious, making laundry really convenient. All necessary dishes, towels, and bath products are provided, so I only needed to bring my personal hygiene items, and the host even prepared water in the refrigerator. The large TV has Netflix, which was really convenient to watch while working. The hosts are very kind, and if I come to Gangneung again, I'd like to stay here again.

I had such a comfortable stay and I'm leaving. Clean interior. Quiet environment. I'll come back again when I visit Gangneung next time.

I'm writing this review to share my good memories of the accommodation with others and to express my gratitude to the host who warmly welcomed me~ 1. Hygiene This was one of the reasons why I liked this accommodation so much. The accommodation was really clean. The accommodations I've stayed at before had poor hygiene, such as sticky things in the refrigerator, dirty bath mats, and hair on the floor, so I couldn't help it, but there were no such problems at this accommodation. The pure white and fluffy bedding healed us from our travel fatigue :) 2. Transportation I was a little worried about transportation because the accommodation was not in the center of the city, but a little far away, but this was actually an advantage. Transportation was convenient enough at this accommodation, so it was nice that it was quiet because it was far from the city center. Both the bus and taxi stops were within 5 minutes, and in particular, if you go to the bus stop right in front of Kangneung University, there are so many buses that you can go to most places in Gangneung. It was the same even when I went to the other side of the similar street. Taxis came frequently in front of the university, so I was quite satisfied with the transportation. We didn't have a car, but the parking lot in front was large, so I think it would be great for those who brought a car! Most of the necessary items were provided, and when I had questions during the tour or had difficulties, I asked the host and he was very kind and taught me! Since it was a one-room building, I was worried that I might bump into the people living here when I entered, but it was a clearly separated space, so I think I was able to rest comfortably. I heard that Gyo-dong is the busiest area in Gangneung, and I could get there on foot in less than 5 minutes. It was a very convenient accommodation for us, who were backpackers. I came to visit with a friend, and on the last day, we fell asleep together and said that we would stay here again the next time we come to Gangneung. I will rest well and leave. This studio apartment near the university is well-furnished and feels like home. The host lives on the first floor and is very attentive and caring, so the moment I step inside, I feel comfortable. The bed, mattress, blanket, and pillow are all clean and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. I think a long-term trip is more about the comfort of home than the view. I traveled to Gangneung for about 10 days, and even though I returned home from a long trip, I felt as comfortable as if I had just returned from a trip. I definitely want to go back again next time I'm on a long-term trip to Gangneung.

I came to Gangneung because I wanted to work 20% of the time as a teleworker and 80% of the time in a new environment. I decided to stay in the city and visit famous cafes, so I decided to stay here. The necessary items were well-equipped, so I didn't feel uncomfortable staying for a week. And the surrounding area was quiet, so I was satisfied. There are many restaurants and cafes near the accommodation. It's nice that I can walk to famous cafes nearby even without a car. If I come to Gangneung again next time, I want to stay here again!!
