Parking is available in the yard for small to medium-sized vehicles (width up to 1850mm). The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with a comfortable Tempur mattress and a movable TV. You can read or relax on a classic single sofa. The rooms are spacious. The smaller room is equipped with a super single bed and a clothes rack, accommodating up to 3 guests. The bathroom has been remodeled and is clean. A washer-dryer (a new model capable of washing 25kg and drying 17kg), refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, and induction cooktop are provided, allowing for convenient living and simple cooking. With a layout consisting of a two-room unit, a living room/kitchen, and a bathroom, this home is comfortable for a family of three or friends to live together for an extended period in separate spaces. Since it is located in a residential area with established neighbors, we welcome those who wish to live quietly.
