A penalty of 150,000 KRW will be imposed if traces of smoking are found after check-out. • Pets are not allowed. - A penalty of 150,000 KRW will be imposed if additional guests are added without prior consultation or if a pet is brought beyond the reserved number. • Parties or events are permitted to a certain extent. • Reservations can only be made up to one month in advance. • Compensation will be charged for any stains or damage to any furniture or fixtures (wallpaper, curtains, bedding) in the guest room. • Consumption of foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, is prohibited indoors. • When checking out, please separate recyclable waste and food waste and dispose of them at the recycling area on the 1st floor. Please also wash the dishes. • As we are a non-business operator/rental business rather than a lodging establishment, we cannot provide bathroom amenities. (Shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, body wash, etc.) • Entry is not permitted with sand or seawater on your clothes.
