Anguk, Bukchon, Ikseon, Changdeokgung, and Seosun-ra remodeled bread district accommodation!

As someone who prefers peace and quiet, this unit on this neighborhood is a hidden gem. It’s just short walk to a Changdeokgung palace and bukcheon hanok village. If you are someone who wanted to explore the rich cultural history of Korea then this is the right place for you. It’s also close to everything being anguk station is just few mins walk and bus stops are everywhere including the airport bus stop so it is very convenient for transportation. Cute cafes and famous bakeshops are also located here. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The host is also very friendly and helpful whenever we need anything. One thing to note: This unit is nestled in a high area and there’s no elevator in the unit but it wasn’t a big deal for us as the host helped us with our luggages. Will definitely stay here again when I come back ♥️

The two of us stayed for about two months because the moving dates weren't close together. Pros: - The host is incredibly attentive and quick to respond. If there's an issue, he tries to resolve it immediately. - The house is neatly furnished with even the smallest items. Whether you're staying for a short time or a few weeks, it's a great value. - The space is only about 40 square meters, but it's a two-room, so the sleeping area and dining table are separate, which is nice. Windows of various sizes on all sides provide excellent ventilation. Two wall-mounted air conditioners and a fairly spacious refrigerator for the size of the house made for a comfortable summer stay. - They say it's a bread-centric area, and I agree. Ferment is a favorite, and Onion always prepares bread for dinner, which is like insurance. - With Changdeokgung Palace, Changgyeonggung Palace, and Jongmyo Shrine all nearby, you feel like royalty. The view of Changdeokgung Palace's palaces through the buildings as you pass through the hillside alley is fleeting but charming. - If you can run about 5k, you can do the Gyeongbokgung Run and Cheonggyecheon Run. - Coupang and delivery are both available. Note: - This is a cozy and quiet neighborhood, where the sound of trucks announcing, "Fresh fruit has arrived!" resonates throughout the neighborhood. If you have a noisy lifestyle, please consider avoiding them for the sake of your neighbors. - The villa is located on a hill, and the first floor is 1.5 stories higher than the other floors. This means you'll have to climb quite a bit... so your legs will need to get stronger! - The current doorbell intercom doesn't have a camera, so it would be a good idea to install one when you have the time.

It was great to have a place to stay in a neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive. The interior was cozy and spacious, and everything I needed was well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillow were comfortable. There was no elevator, so carrying my large bags upstairs was a bit of a challenge, but once I got going, it was all over.
