3 minutes from Hyehwa Station and Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul National University Hospital rooftop, best natural light, quiet and clean house

Place exactly as described and clean! I stayed here for 1 month while attending the Sungkyunkwan university nearby (only about 7mins walk uphill) and it was a great experience. The host was very responsive and helpful especially with check-in support and when I needed an iron. The location is very convenient as well with a well-connected bus stop nearby that can take you to any part of the city. Also endless options of delicious restaurants nearby both local and foreign food just a stone’s throw away! Daiso, olive young, a few convenience stores and a 24/7 mart in the area as well. Overall pleasant experience. The only downside was that the building (like many Korean apartments) has no elevator and the room was on the rooftop floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage all the way to the top. Though you have access to the rooftop next to your door and can hang laundry and it’s very quiet. Also appreciated the gate door lock which made me feel extra safe as solo traveller. Thank you!

Hey! Foreigner here! 👋 I've stayed in quite a few hotels, hostels, and guesthouses, and this place is a hidden gem in the area. It's within walking distance to everything—coffee shops, the bus station, and a 24-hour supermarket. The host was really responsive and helpful too. The best part is that you can cook your own food, and there's a washer available. You can hang your clothes outside to dry, or there's a laundry shop just a few meters away if you prefer. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back. Thank you again!
