Yeonga Full Ocean View with Biyangdo Island

The host's quick responses were truly impressive. With a kind attitude, they took care of all my questions, making my stay comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the spacious 77m² layout with 2 bedrooms. The necessary facilities like a gas stove, washing machine, and wireless internet were well-equipped, so the value for money was really great. Most importantly, it provided a safe and comfortable place to rest, where I could quietly enjoy the sea view from the terrace. This was my second visit and it was great. I want to stay at this house again next time.

Thanks to the host's quick responses, everything from booking to check-in went smoothly. The host is someone who stands out for their kind explanations and thoughtful consideration. The entire house was kept very clean, and being located in a quiet neighborhood in Hallim was perfect for staying. The surrounding atmosphere was great too, with convenience stores, marts, and markets nearby, and many tourist attractions and restaurants just a short drive away, making it very convenient. The ocean view that fully embraced the sea was truly wonderful.

The view of Biyang Island is excellent. It's perfect for a month-long stay. The interior is clean and well-organized, so there are no inconveniences. There are many places to enjoy such as Hallim Port and a small cinema. It's a place I want to stay at again next time.

I am leaving this review based on my experience staying at this accommodation for 3 weeks with an infant. Pros 1. Wonderful views • Beautiful ocean views from anywhere, sunset spot 2. Abundant kitchen utensils • Most necessary items are provided including basic cooking tools and appliances, dishes, pots, plates, etc. 3. Ample parking space 4. Water pressure and temperature • Strong water pressure and hot water flows abundantly. 5. Clean bedding and interior cleanliness Cons 1. Washing machine related issues • Washing machine filter: Requested filter replacement due to severe mold, but the host refused replacement claiming it was just old and the washing function was fine. The host told guests to replace it themselves if needed. (Since using the self-service laundry room every time was burdensome, this guest removed as much mold as possible and used it) • Washing machine drum cleaning: When using the drum cleaning function, no significant dust is filtered, but when washing clothes, sand is filtered in the mesh every time, requiring me to shake it off before drying. (This guest has never encountered sand before, so it is presumed that the previous guest ran the washing machine without rinsing sand off) • Drying laundry: It's a top-load washing machine with no dryer. Being right by the beach with high humidity, laundry doesn't dry well even after 2 days of just hanging. There should be at least a small dehumidifier, but there isn't one. (This guest separately obtained a dehumidifier to dry laundry) 2. Well-used cookware • Frying pan with peeling coating, aluminum pot with many scratches (3 months before check-in, I requested photos to check the condition of dishes, but the request was denied, so this guest purchased additional pots and frying pans after checking at the accommodation.) 3. Microwave • The operation button works sometimes and doesn't work other times. 4. TV black screen • Due to age, the TV edges appear black. 5. Host unresponsive to guest requests • While responses are quick, the host boasts about regular maintenance and mostly refuses or rejects guest complaints and requests. Since LiveAnywhere requires long-term stay contracts of at least one week, I believe that replacement and repair of outdated items in the accommodation should be properly maintained.
