2 min walk from Haeundae Beach/High-rise

I stayed here with my child for two weeks, and it was really nice to be close to Haeundae Beach. Even my picky husband was happy with it. The bus stop was also close, so it was easy to get to Songjeong Beach and BEXCO. There was a washer, dryer, and refrigerator inside, so we had no problems. I was anxious and packed a lot of stuff, but I think I can pack in half the amount next time I go. I've only stayed at hotels when I've been to Busan, and I was surprised at how affordable this was. There are so many great restaurants nearby. My child loves Baebijang Bossam and Pungwonjangjibbap, so we often went there. I also recommend Hyung and Awoo Nurungji Samgyetang!! There's also Pelicana Chicken nearby, and there's a convenience store, cafe, ice cream discount store, and kimbap restaurant on the first floor. I've only stayed at hotels and resorts, and this was my first time staying in an officetel. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, as were the bedding. The owner was also very friendly. They gave me a welcome coffee coupon, and on the last day, they even gave my child a snack as a gift. They also told me to let them know if anything was bothering me. I was so satisfied that I'm planning to go back next year. I'll definitely be staying here again!!♡
