A 24-hour unmanned convenience store on the first floor of the building, a pharmacy next to the accommodation, Sokcho Medical Center within a 5-minute walk, a laundromat within a 10-minute walk, and food streets and cafes along the coastal road in front of the accommodation near Dongmyeong Port and Jangsa Port. Since it is located by the sea, Lighthouse Beach is a 5-minute walk away, making it great for swimming. There is a wonderful walking path around Yeongnang Lake within a 5-minute walk. A clam shop is located right in front of the accommodation, and Bongpo Meoguri House is right next door. Along the coastal road, Dongmyeong Port and Jangsa Port are nearby, lined with restaurants and cafes. * Floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unforgettable, fantastic ocean view. * Although it is a studio type, the space is quite spacious and convenient. * The interior has been refurbished, so the place is very clean. * It boasts the best location with the sea, beach, and Yeongnang Lake right in front of the accommodation. * A cafe street, Dongmyeong Port, and Jangsa Port are lined with restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. * Everything you need is available nearby, including Sokcho Central Market, pharmacies, hospitals, E-Mart, and Daiso.
