A breakwater and Amir Park are just a 3-minute walk away, and the sea is right next to it, so you can go for a run or a walk. It's very nice and there's a bus stop just 5 minutes away, so it's convenient to get to Busan Station and downtown. My apartment is located right in front of the sea, boasting a beautiful natural environment with the sea in front and the mountains behind. I can walk along the beautiful breakwater at night and enjoy a run in the morning. The interior displays original paintings by the artist that cannot be enjoyed anywhere else, allowing you to enjoy them like a high-end hotel gallery. The spacious dining space is ideal for groups of up to 6 people, with an optimal interior space of 35 pyeong.
