I started looking for accommodation for a week-long stay in Daejeon for travel purposes, and my top priorities were location and convenience. I did a lot of searching, and this place has a really great location. It feels like a newly developed neighborhood, so it has everything you need—No Brand, convenience stores, and franchises—and famous restaurants like Nongmin Tteugeuni are super close. I had looked up some restaurants before going to Daejeon, and they were all within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a food street about a 10-minute walk away, and the bus stop is close by, so it was convenient to get around. There is also a bicycle rental place nearby, so whenever I felt a bit too far or too lazy to walk, I rode a bike to get around, which was fun and made me feel great. Since it's right near the house, I think it's a good idea to get around by bike! My budget wasn't exactly generous, so I considered the price, but I don't think there is any place with better value for money than this one. Seriously!! From hair dryers to dishes and cooking utensils, there was nothing missing in the house, so it felt less like a place to stay and more like visiting a regular family home. I could really feel how meticulously the host took care of every detail. The house didn't feel unfamiliar; it felt cozy and comfortable. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed, plus it was great value for money, so I highly recommend staying here if you visit Daejeon!! Also, the host responded quickly whenever I contacted them and was incredibly kind, which made the experience even better. Thanks to you, I had a really comfortable and enjoyable time in Daejeon and made many fun memories.

I was very satisfied with the location, surrounding infrastructure, and transportation. I had a great week. The host was very kind, and the building management and waste separation were very well maintained, which was great.
