I tend to be sensitive to bugs and bad odors, but I had a very comfortable stay without any inconveniences. The water pressure was strong, the condition of the house was good, and the host responded to my questions kindly and promptly. I requested an early check-in due to personal circumstances, and I was grateful that they readily accepted. There is a large Daiso and a No Brand store just 3 minutes away, making it convenient to buy necessary items. There are also many cafes and even a police station nearby, so I think female guests would feel safe as well. Additionally, perhaps because there aren't really any bars in the vicinity, I liked that there was no noise. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Daejeon.

I had some business in Daejeon and was looking for a place to stay on apps. The high deposit and rent were a bit high, so I was worried about going to a gositel (a small hotel) or something. Then I stumbled upon this room. The price was incredibly reasonable, and the room looked great in the photos, so I signed the contract right away. The room I saw in person on the day of check-in was even better than I expected! The boiler had been turned on, so it was warm on a cold day. It smelled clean and pleasant. The furniture and bedding were also very clean and nice. The TV screen was clean and the sound was excellent. The bathroom was also very clean, and the water pressure was really strong and smooth! The ** and ** were so well-packaged that I was very satisfied. The kitchen supplies were also very clean, and the cute plates and cups were really cute and very useful. The location is also great. There's a no-brand convenience store right in front, and there are several restaurants, so it's very convenient. The owner is also very friendly. He responds quickly to my calls, and I can really feel that he cares about his guests. I made a few mistakes, but the owner took them all into consideration. I'm so sorry and grateful... If you stay in this room, you won't regret your choice!! Really! The room is really pretty and clean! The owner has a great sense of style!
