Within walking distance are Olive Young, Daiso, Starbucks, and many other restaurants, cafes, laundromats, etc. * All popular restaurants in Marine City are within a 5-minute walk. * Dongbaek Island is a 5-minute walk away. * Haeundae Beach is within walking distance. * Airport limousine bus stop is 2 minutes away. * Gunam-ro and Mipo are close by. * There are many hospitals nearby. * Dongbaek Station (Subway Line 2), Exit 1, is a 7-minute walk away. *The largest square studio among the 900 studios *Double-sided windows (ocean view + Zenith Garden view) *This is my first short-term rental, so it's very clean. *Air purifier, water purifier, 43-inch Google smart TV, internet Wi-Fi, bidet, filter shower, induction, air fryer, electric kettle, electric blanket, humidifier *Queen-size Simmons bed. Restonic latex mattress provides a comfortable sleep. *Department store 60 count sleeping blanket and pillow cover *When adding people, a Sense Mom Topper (soft and fluffy) is provided. *Student-sized chairs are available for comfortable study and work. *5 elevators x 2 on each side of the hallway *Free parking registration (please consult with the host) *The house faces southwest, so the sun shines in for a long time. It's cool in the summer and warm in the winter. *You will have a pleasant trip in a clean and comfortable house.
