Our accommodation is a quiet and secluded 2nd floor detached house called 'Haedam Eunwasan' located in the middle of Jochon-eup, Jeju-si :) We offer approximately 25 pyeong on the entire second floor of a newly built single-family home. It boasts a wide open view in a private space surrounded by a stone wall! Take in the ever-changing Jeju sky at a glance with Haedam Wasan ~~ It is completely separated from the first floor and has a dedicated parking lot connected to the external stairs, making parking convenient! It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, and you can freely use the spacious private terrace. Additionally, you can watch IPTV, Netflix, and YouTube on a large 65-inch TV, and it is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave oven. The room is in the form of an attic due to the roof structure, and the living room is in the form of a high gable. Since it is not a typical house, you can have an interesting experience during your stay. You can stay more securely as the outside of the accommodation is monitored by IR (infrared) CCTV 24 hours a day.

(300,000 KRW for 14 nights, 500,000 KRW for 30 days) The deposit amount can be checked in the payment information on the reservation details page. Please check the deposit amount before payment. ※ The deposit will be refunded the day following the check-out date. [2] Utilities - Cleaning fee: 100,000 KRW per reservation - Electricity and Water: Daily rate (5,000 KRW) - Heating Oil: Recharge based on usage and deduction from deposit upon check-out ※ The deposit will be refunded after the cleaning fee and utilities corresponding to the number of nights of stay have been deducted from it. ※ Additional deductions may be made from the deposit if property is damaged within the premises. ※ If utility costs exceed the deposit, an additional fee may be charged for the difference.
