[Accommodation Guide] [1] Check-in/Check-out Information Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM [2] Parking - A parking lot is available at the accommodation for your convenience. [3] Internet - Wi-Fi is available. [4] BBQ Area - Charcoal BBQ is not permitted; however, you may use electric BBQ equipment that you have prepared yourself. [5] Bedding - If you request additional bedding, 30,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit per set (mattress, duvet, pillow) (per person). - Additional bedding requests must be discussed with the host by the day before check-in. - The fee is 20,000 KRW per additional person per night. [6] Household Goods - Toilet paper and towels are provided in standard quantities for one-time check-in. - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathroom. - Please purchase any other household items you may need individually. [7] Pet Guide - Bringing dogs is not permitted. ※ If you bring a pet without the host's prior consent, the contract may be cancelled immediately upon detection, and the full rent will be charged as a penalty. [8] Reservation Inquiry Message - Please use the reservation message for any other inquiries before completing your reservation. ※ While we strive to prevent insect infestation, please note that due to the nature of Jeju Island, insects may enter accommodations located near natural environments. Refunds due to this are not possible, so please keep this in mind when making your reservation. ※ A separate accommodation guide will be sent to you before check-in. ======================================= [Deposit and Refund Policy] [1] Deposit The deposit amount varies depending on the length of stay. (300,000 KRW for 14 nights, 500,000 KRW for 30 days) The deposit amount can be checked in the payment information on the reservation details page. Please check the deposit amount before payment. ※ The deposit will be refunded the day following the check-out date. [2] Utilities - Cleaning fee: 100,000 KRW per reservation - Electricity and Water: Daily rate (5,000 KRW) - Heating Oil: Recharge based on usage and deduction from deposit upon check-out ※ The deposit will be refunded after the cleaning fee and utilities corresponding to the number of nights of stay have been deducted from it. ※ Additional deductions may be made from the deposit if property is damaged within the premises. ※ If utility costs exceed the deposit, an additional fee may be charged for the difference.
